Very old building no proper maintenance, full of mosquitoes in room, poor response… overall very bad experience

Room was not well maintained it was not pesticides, so many cockroaches in bed , bedsheet was even clean. Washroom was not cleaned. Overall not upto mark

The room is not clean, the bedsheets are not clean, there are also cockroaches, and the AC is not working.

The hygiene was not maintained the whole room smells like someone has smoked.. it was not up to the mark..i suggest no one should go to this

Had a terrible stay. We recommend not to prefer this place. We have booked an AC room. But the AC and heater were not working, switches were broken. Informed receptionist, but no one came to check on the issue and an alternative room was also not provided. Informed them more than 2 times, no action was taken Had a terrible stay. Dirty rooms and bathroom, no water at all even after requesting numerous times no action taken from the Hotel management, Booking was with breakfast but no breakfast served.

For the price we paid, just for stay it was an average hotel, some issue like toilet not clean, we had to get it cleaned again, room service like cleaning the room after one day stay not done, so few issues were there, this has to be improved. Okay

We were surprised to note, we have been charged double the actual existing rate of the hotel. Rs 1600 +tax were charged rs 3000. Kindly review at your end. S. Ravi

Excellent service and hospitality

We had booked 2 rooms in the ground floor. All good. Uncovered public area car parking. Management honored our request for extra pillows. Bed linen could have been more tidy and cleaner. Washroom was kind of very ok ok. Western sit was in too much height. Found few creatures but not annoying. Washroom and bed linen must be improvised/should have been well maintained. No nearby shops. Dental kit have not been supplied even after request.

We stayed there for 1 night. It is near to mysore palace and zoo. Room was just ok. Hotel is located at residential area. We ordered food at salt and pepper restaurant as instructed by hotel. Food is tasty. Only one shampoo and one soap provided. When we asked bath towel they have given two towels. Nobody was using tv in that hotel, finally we got tv connection. We parked our car just outside the gate.

It was a pathetic experience! there was a bad oder in the room as if there was a dead rat. There was no source of getting in touch with the receptionist as the landline in the room doesn’t work.

All the tourist places are nearby. Ola uber autos and cabs are adequate. Eateries are in walkable distance. Swiggy zomato are also available. Staff are polite had one problem bed sheets and blankets could have been more tidy
