Property is at prime location. I liked the property, it’s tiny, well cleaned. When it comes to amenities TV was not working , we asked but it didn’t turned up in our stay duration. They can improve the house keeping response.

It was great experience. Location was really good calm n silent. Mysore to explore in dasara time is real bless. Stay is located in such a place that we can go anywhere in Mysore within 15 to 20 min. People who want to explore eating places can hve a stay here so can you can reach anytime near and explore. Parking space is quite good for big cars too. Staffs are friendly and response quick.

Location is very near to KRS main road. Property has a covered parking in basement with security. Rooms are spacious. They have 1BHK & 2BHK options as well for a bigger group that is stocked with kettle, fridge and basic cutlery. This is the 3rd we (friends) stayed at this property.

I had a very disappointing experience with the apartment staff. At the time of booking, I personally visited and checked a particular room category. But when I went ahead with the booking later, the staff suddenly claimed that the room I saw does not fall under the category I had booked. They insisted I should pay an additional as “upgrade charges”, which felt unfair and misleading. On top of that, the manager, who is not even available on-site, handles everything remotely without properly considering guest requirements. The whole process seemed unprofessional, and they were completely unwilling to offer even a small discount despite the confusion being caused from their side. Overall, the lack of clarity, poor communication, and extra charges made it a very frustrating experience. Certainly not the kind of service or transparency I would expect.

It was good room with small balcony, (2 rooms booked) The place was beautiful the rooms are good, the only thing which can be improved is to put good bedsheets cover and good towel, that 2 are a concern because it has stains on it, which doesn’t look very clean.Otherwise overall its good and spacious parking.

It was a good stay - Delta is located in Gokulam which is a quiet residential area, viz., just off KRS road and a km from the Lakshmi-Venkataramana swamy temple and Ramakrishna Ashram. The room was well maintained clean sheets, the bathroom was clean, good WiFi, and there was a nice balcony. The staff were very polite and helpful. Only minus point was that the room was small or maybe the king size made it feel like that, not giving us much space to move around.
