Your concerns regarding the non-functional wardrobe sliders, unclean glasses and mugs, and the foul smell in the corridors have been noted and shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for immediate improvement. We would also like to inform you that due to unusually heavy rain on the day of your arrival, our telephone lines were disrupted, which affected internal communication. Additionally, the rain also caused delays in the arrival of our maintenance staff, which unfortunately impacted the speed of service and resolution of issues.
