Location wise good, food was good, breakfast was good, facilities wise could be better

i have booked two rooms well in advance. Room 210 and 211 on 1 and 2 October 2025. wantedly provided room at rear wing, though rooms were available at the front, so that we could not view road side. The lodge should have given us the residents of hotel, a facility to view dasara procession that was just passing through it. we were charged each one 1000 rupees for viewing it. even the non residents of hotel were offered tickets at 1500 and we have to with them to sit in front of the hotel. we should have also stayed in other hotels, even then we would have got seating and more respects from the hotel.

Hotel was not clean and basic amenities were missing.. not recommended 99% video 1% dekhado Jogi camera scam

Location, Facilities and ambience

There is no separate food section for vegetarians, asking early checkout and paid extra money also. Totally staffs are very rude and it is not 3 star ⭐️ hotel

Hotel was not clean. The staff was not very focused and kind enough to support us. Services was not that great breakfast was also not that great quality of food they have service is bad. Behaviour was so poor. I will not recommend it for anybody especially for the family, it's unsafe most important.

At hotel - lift was not working frequently, parking got full and no space for parking car, food quality in breakfast was poor, bed sheet was dirty and requested to replace on arrival.

Worst and Terrible Stay , 1. Poor Parking facility 2. Bathroom fixtures were not available 3. Hopeless food and the restaurant doesn’t serve food in the room 4. Worst and unhygienic food served for complimentary breakfast 5. Room service is not good etc

we stayed in 2 Rooms with family. food at restaurant is really great also complimentary breakfast was good as per south Indian style. Rooms: are good but not very clean. bedsheets were not clean also the washroom. we were tired and stayed for one day so couldn't change anything. Cleanliness is something hotel team should look into.

Worst hotel in mysore i have worst experience with this hotel in my life staff is totally rude and not helping nature i advice never visit this hotel i made a mistake i choose this hotel

Hi Hotel is good with decent room size, but the linens, bedsheets and towels are giving a smell and not clean white. It feels like it was used and not changed in recent times. We had breakfast as well, the plates and cups are not at all clean it's all oily and greasy. Food is okish and that too is not that great. Overall it's not a great experience and it's an okish experience.

They stay was decent , Food was not up to mark, cleanliness of the hotel is average with staining of bedsheets, AC was good , room service was good.
