I had a very disappointing experience with the apartment staff. At the time of booking, I personally visited and checked a particular room category. But when I went ahead with the booking later, the staff suddenly claimed that the room I saw does not fall under the category I had booked. They insisted I should pay an additional as “upgrade charges”, which felt unfair and misleading.
On top of that, the manager, who is not even available on-site, handles everything remotely without properly considering guest requirements. The whole process seemed unprofessional, and they were completely unwilling to offer even a small discount despite the confusion being caused from their side.
Overall, the lack of clarity, poor communication, and extra charges made it a very frustrating experience. Certainly not the kind of service or transparency I would expect.
