The hotel location is central. But, there is no restaurant, not even tea is served at hotel. Further, there is no lift, so stay in 2nd or above floors is tough for aged people.

Owner behaviour good. Basic amenities provided i.e. towel, soap, blanket, water bottle. Clean room and washroom. Hot water present. Android tv. Room for Improvement - WiFi is only in reception desk, each floor should have there own wifi. A portable water dispenser should be there on every floor.... We purchase water from them (money minded).

We provide shampoo, soap and towel only when the customer asks us for it. Usually not everyone ask for the same , We had not mentioned anywhere about the lift service. It is a new property, it is very well maintained.

New property but no where it is mentioned as Non Ac so after going there we got shocked it is a Non Ac lodge. And the fan was connected with false ceiling in the room and it was very noisy.
