Worst experience they are so rude and no more facitiltes in the hotel I don’t recommend to stay in this hotel

Very Good

We recently stayed at this property and found a few areas that could be improved. The hotel does not have an in-house restaurant, and when we inquired, we were advised to order food through Swiggy or Zomato. The rooms also did not have a geyser, and we had to manage with only slightly warm water for bathing. At check-in, the receptionist was occupied on the phone for over 10 minutes, which delayed the room allocation and handing over of keys. Additionally, we were asked to provide ID proofs for all four guests, which was unusual compared to other hotels where typically one or two IDs are sufficient. When we raised a question about this, we were told to verify with the nearby police station if we had concerns, which felt a bit uncomfortable. Overall, while the stay was manageable, better hospitality, facilities, and guest support would enhance the experience.

It's good & Nicely maintained. Iam surprised to inform this Attached Toilet is provided with Automatic lock. Automatic locker of Toilet has to be removed immediately.

Our stay was generally pleasant, but we encountered a few minor inconveniences. Hot Water Availability: Hot water was not available 24/7. It was only available from early morning, and the water temperature decreased significantly after the first person used it. Electrical Issues: Some switches in the room, including the fan switch, malfunctioned. We also experienced an issue where the TV wouldn't turn on a second time in the evening. Despite these minor issues, we appreciated the spacious and clean room.

Very good and pleasant hotel, non-ac deluxe rooms are well maintained but need to provide basic things like hot water 24 hours here hot water flow is very less and hotel should provide complementary toiletries like soap, shampoo

Receptionist at this residency needs to learn some basic customer skills. I didn't had a plea-sent welcome at this place. The receptionist started arguing about id proof, instead he could have politely conveyed the message.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

The apartment was good and has a nice place to chill and have a peaceful t would be helpful to keep the drinks cool and also it's very calm and well maintained.

Room is comfortable but out of city there no restaurant near by and one more thing it's attached with marriage hall. Overall okok. Thanks.

Good hotel with nice maintenance. But bit far from the city centre. Service was good. Parking is limited.

there is no proper service provided. There will be no hot water, ac is not working, they do not clean the room.

They will control the room aircondition. In room fan also not working. A full night ac is on also no cool in the room.

Comfortable stay. Good bed and clean toilets. Toiletries not kept and given only when asked. Good breakfast. Kettle and other basic items not available. Not worth the money. 3. 5k is extremely costly to the amenities provided. Very less staff to manage the hotel. No room service

Properties location is good, very close to infosys. And for people looking to visit the tourist attractions it will be little far but still the locality is calm and you can reach most of the locations like mysuru palace and chamundi in half an hour if you have a vehicle
