Ganesh Palace

They said rooms are not available after pure paid booking was done on mmt. Such a shame. We were forced to return back to bangalore

Once i reached here they misbehaved to us they told that we have closed our aggreement with make my trip and all once i had connected to customer support then only they gave us room

Room was pleasant, very spacious but there were cockroaches and little electricity problem, near to bus stop walkable distance over all it was good

The location of ganesh palace is good but it is very old and not cleaned. Cockroaches everywhere. After checkin we stayed in a smaller room initially then what was booked. Later they shifted to big room in evening but both rooms have broken interiors, smell, cockroaches. And i think they sprayed something oily on the room and washrooms which was smelling too.

I found through make my trip. Stay is decent and good to stay with family. Very near ro mysore bus station

While booking its showing 2 rooms after conformed showing 1 room, thy have collected 700 +tax extra amount from me, lot of rat and mise they spoiled my bags, very bad experience from make my trip and hotel side, i always prefer to book from make trio and i was suggesting my friends and family, but this time not happy with the service.

Hi guys i am giving 1 star because 0 star is not there so i am giving 1 star i have booked this hotel for dasara in entire mysore pls don't go for this hotel management also not gud they will speak louder 2 people was there when i asked room they told we are not accepting payment

There were bed bugs, lizard/rat poop everywhere. It was the worst hotel we have stayed in. The service ppl were nice but other than it was terrible experience.

Nice to stay for couple good staffs near by ksrtc bus stand and palace road walkable distance and all places near

Poor service, arrogant staff, poor hygine, allocated wrong room. There are many better options in near by area than this property. Wont recoment for anyone. Specially family.

It's a nice stay at ganesh palace at a great location - besides bus stand surrounded by lots of restaurants and shops.

Except the location nothing else was good. No toiletries. No pillow cover. Broken toilet seat. Poor lighting. It seems when you book prepaid online you get the worst rooms.

But service is very poor. Otherwise good.

Price can be less as per the room accommodation

Not good to stay at this price per day. Very dirty. Not clean.

Location, staff response is very good. Hotel probably require to look into maintenance of rooms. No towel, no pillow cover, no proper painting of rooms. Paint was coming out due to water licking.

Just to freshen up and sleep. The hotel is more than sufficient.

Firstly the hotel do not have a restaurant so there is no chance of having food. Only tea and coffee is available which is costlier than normal outside shop. Service in the hotel is very poor as you have ask twice/thrice for drinking water too. I asked for an extra pillow on the night, it came to next day. The only positive thing about the hotel is its location which is excellent. Mysore Palace is 500 meters and zoo is around 1.5 km only. All kinds of shops are very close. You will good restaurant nearby too.
