Heritage Inn

We stayed for 5 days at Heritage inn, the staff is kind and co operative. There is a breakfast buffet incase you wish to include it while booking a room. Rooms and bathroom is kept well mantained and very clean. Food is tasty. So we basically had our breakfast, lunch and dinner here. They dont have fans in the rooms, but provided us with a table fan when we requested for one. Overall, we felt super comfortable and safe throughout our stay. We loved our stay. Thankyou to the management and the staff for the services provided.

Comfortable room stay with all basic amenities covered. We had a lot of options available at the roof top restaurant, both veg & non veg, food tasted too good. Customer service also was above par and helpful in local guidance.

Property Food: 2 Food was too spicy. Limited options in breakfast. Despite explicit instructions, dinner was made spicy. Facilities: 3. No fans in room. Basic necessities like soap, dental kit etc were not provided until asked.

The room was average, the facilities were very poor for the money we paid, the food was also average, overall it is very poor, but the servants provided good service and the receptionist was also very cooperative and the servants in the restaurant also provided good service.

There was no door mat in the entrance of the bathroom.The bed linen was not cleaned It is with coffee stains.Waste of money.very poori maintenance.

Breakfast was the concern and cleanliness of your utensils room was good need to check the kitchen and breakfast

Very nice staff. Hotel location is good. Room was very neat and clean. We had only breakfast. The menu was limited but quality was OK. This hotel has basement parking. We stayed for one night and overall the stay was enjoyable.

We stayed two nights at Heritage Inn and had a great experience. The rooms were very clean, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The in-house restaurant offers a variety of food. Lunch and dinner were freshly cooked and served hot, and the breakfast buffet was also hot, delicious, and satisfying. The hotel is conveniently located within 2 km of the Palace and Zoo, making it easy to access key attractions. We were given interconnected rooms as requested, which was perfect for our family. Room service did an excellent job cleaning the rooms on the second day. The front desk staff were especially helpful in guiding us to local shopping spots and sightseeing locations. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable.

Hotel has got all the plus points in terms of location and services. Hotel is maintained very neat and clean. Overall great stay for families.

Our stay at Heritage Inn was very pleasant. The food offered has been good and the staff were polite. Even they did guide us on few queries I had. I was surprised when they called me back to ask about a belt I had accidentally left back, very thoughtful!

Stay is very near to Mysure palace, Zoo and in good locality, value for money, clean and comfortable. Staff is very good and helpful. Good for family and couple.

This is centrally located property, good cleanliness , but not taking too much care in hospitality, we stayed for 3 days, 2 days breakfast was good , but at the day of departure, it was breakfast included but they didn't served us breakfast.

The hotel is over rated, make genuine ratings. Get the hotel timely inspected by your staff. Build confidence of the clients.
