Easy to locate and close to mysore palace. Well maintained and staff were good. Food (dinner and breakfast was good).

I stayed here for a week. The built of hotel was good, with good security and privacy. The staff were polite and helpful. The only issue we faced was twice once with the food orders (Dakshina Pakka, that has tie up with the hotel or something), we requested food at 12:45 and it came at 15:00, that too was wrong order, they gave curd rice instead of jeera rice. Another issue faced on Diwali day, room cleaning came too late after multiple requests and that too their job that day was inadequate (maybe because the hotel was swayed with too many guests, atleast that was their reason)

The hotel is located at a convenient location close to Mysore Palace. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean.

We traveled as a family with two kids — one aged 9 and an infant. The staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous, assisting us with everything we needed and ensuring a comfortable stay. The location is convenient, and the suites are spacious, clean, and well-maintained.

Had a Wonderful stay experience,hotel neat clean and hygenic, near all city sightseeing points. Food quality was superb and very reasonable.

Stafff are so polite

The property was quite nice, and the staff provided excellent service. While there were a few restaurants nearby, the availability was somewhat limited, with only one vegetarian option located within the building. However, the parking facilities were convenient, and overall, I was pleased with my stay.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was pretty clean and the staff were responsive. It has a good parking area in the basement and a quality veg restaurant attached to it.

The hotel staff's responsiveness and service quality were perceived as suboptimal. The positive atmosphere observed in the reception and entry areas did not extend to the rooms, and concerns were raised regarding the hygiene standards maintained within the accommodations.

The bedspread provided was basic and used, which was pathetic. It was disappointing that no water bottle was provided in the room. Additionally, a complimentary breakfast coupon part of my package booking was not offered at all, which was unexpected. The room also lacked natural windows, making it feel enclosed and less airy. Furthermore, the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan, which affected ventilation and overall comfort. Improvements in these areas would greatly enhance the guest experience.

The hotel room was not as spacious at it should be for the price we paid. The linen had blood stains because of which we needed to replace the linen. Post 10pm no one was there in the reception

Property is very clean and good staff. Location is also near to most of the mysore attractions. Breakfast combo was very good and restaurant staff were very welcoming.
