The rooms were quite good and the wall colours blended with the neatness and hygiene. The food of the hotel was decent.Parking yard was quite adequate. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Room was nice, it's no less than 3star hotel for that price. Dakshina paaka a veg restaurant was very useful for veggies. The complimentary breakfast offered by the hotel was really delicious

They don’t have a great service and when asked to change the comforter they directly said that it’s a stain which won’t go and also the Bedsheets were torn and the service is not that great and really wouldn’t go here again and wouldn’t suggest it as a even a option to stay really feel bad for such kind of pathetic service by the staff

I have stayed here for a day with Family. Here is my brief feedback about the stay. Positive Feedbacks: Ambience, Service and Room Hygiene. Staffs are well supportive. Hotel area is really good and peaceful. Improvements: Dedicated lift would help the customers movement. Currently they have shared lift which can be utilised by the entire complex customers (multiple shops are there in the complex). Keeping tissue papers at the room would help to customers.

The rooms are good and the ambience is excellent. However, when I asked for more drinking water, they did not provide RO water after the first bottle and instead asked customers to refill it themselves, which I felt was not a good experience. Additionally, we had booked two rooms and requested an early check-in, but they asked for an extra charge, which also didn’t feel very customer-friendly.

We had a wonderful 3-day stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, just a short distance from the palace and other popular tourist attractions. We stayed in a deluxe room, which was spacious and had a spotlessly clean bathroom. A special shoutout to the supportive and friendly staff, who assisted us throughout our stay - especially important since we were traveling with our one-year-old baby. The early check-in option for just ₹500 was a huge plus and made our arrival smooth. Breakfast was included and truly delicious—we also enjoyed the lively and welcoming vibe of both the hotel and Dakshina Paaka restaurant. Overall, the stay exceeded our expectations and made our trip truly memorable!

Room was good but AC reported error and did not have it for half of the day.. Also the TV doesn't offer channels to spend time in room...Internet is pathetic and they explained that you won't get internet this far to my room.. Room is good because we took Suite and the checkout time is 2 hrs delayed and they were very generous about that and did not charge a penny. Else everything is bad.
