Excellent Stay
Very clean and good stay. Breakfast is also decent. Parking is good. Hotel management was kind enough to provide a one hour late check out when requested, which is commendable.

Excellent Stay
The property is well maintained and the location is very good, near to many attractive places. Food is very good and breakfast has many options. The only suggestion is breakfast to be as early as 7 am. Service is good and staff is good.

Nice hotel at a convenient location. The rooms are clean and big. The service is good as well. The breakfast is normal, nothing fancy. They should include fresh dosa in the breakfast.

The clealiness is top notch and has no major issues Toiletries was not provided to a satisfactorily level no soap nor tooth brush was provided The breakfast spread was too limited but wat was provided was tasty and simple Location was very good easily accessible to major tourist spots Car parking was avaliable in the basement

Terrible Stay
worst experience that we had in ourvtrip. ACs are not working and when asked to change the room they said none of the rooms are available. they just provided a pedestal fan. when questioned about the issue receptionist told me to call the customer care which is pathetic. customer service agent promised me a refund which is not even close to what we paid for this stupid room and they didn't even refunded that also.
