the overall service of the staff was good, the rooms are good but the restrooms are not neat.

Rooms are very small and old. Not hygiene, towels and bathrooms stinks, not maintained properly, photos are different from reality

Good experience, location, food, atmosphere is ok. Bus stand, railway station is nearby, totally good one, i will definitely suggest for guests.

Very good. Hotel manager mr. Hareesh is taking care the guest as well. He explained all the site seeing place with time and route. Very helpful person

This was one of the worst hotels i've ever visited. I booked it based on the high ratings and appealing photographs provided by the owner. However, upon arrival, i was shocked to find that the rooms were in terrible condition and quite outdated. During check-in, i was informed that they had no record of booking, and despite the rooms being full, they reluctantly provided a room that was in extremely poor condition. They promised to change the room later, but the alternative they showed me was equally disappointing. The overall state of the facilities in the building was subpar, with evident signs of neglect. It seemed like nothing had been replaced or properly maintained since the hotel's opening. The owner appeared to be attempting to attract customers by showcasing an attractive entrance in the photos, which was misleading compared to the dismal room conditions. This situation forced me to check out early and move to another hotel. To add to the frustration, the owner declined to provide a refund, citing the booking. offered a mere 400 rs coupon as consolation for my troubles. My overall experience was extremely unpleasant. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel, especially if you're traveling with family, as it's likely to lead to arguments and dissatisfaction.

Rooms are not we'll maintained, so n ex time i am not ready to book this hotel, kindly do some good maintenance

On our business visit we stayed at this hotel. Very nice and cooperative staff. Spacious rooms and located just few meters away from bus stand. Key tourist spots also very close-by from this hotel.

Rooms were not at all clean. Felt like they have not cleared the rooms after previous stay. Even the corridors were dirty. Toilet was in terrible condition which was very dirty. There was no hot water.

The hotel is located in a prime location and easy to access. The toilets were not clean enough and the room was filled with smoke smell. Not recommended for family with kids.

Property location - very good, room hygiene - very poor, to the price we paid which is 3. 5k it’s not upto mark. Stains on bed, stains on mirror, no hot water, no cupboards no place to hang clothes.

1. Not providing drinking water 2. Both rooms and bathroom are not cleaned. And tv has not worked. 3. The curtains are very dirty. 4. The door lock was not working properly. 5. Staff guy mr. Harish has a very nice personality. He helped multiple times.
