The worst hotel booking ever. The rooms were pathetic, the property was under construction and it was a mess. The sheets were dirty, the elevator was not working (we had to carry heavy bags till 4th floor), the Wi-Fi wasn’t connecting, the A/C was not functioning and to make matters the worst there was not water in the faucet and the commode. The only mistake in my life was to book this hotel and the staff punished us for it, severely.

The area and place was good. The rooms are very comfort and neat. Only problem is that the entrance is not visible to public.

The welcome and the room was not as a premium experience, as soon as we checked in we complained that there was no locker key or electronic safe not working and they were not able to solve it . Asked them to fix it before we come back but they never did and also took for granted not bothered to inform unless we complained and owner calls with no resolution. When tried to turn on the oven, there was big cockroach inside the panel, don't know how neat th rest of the oven was so skipped it. the parking was also not organised and the helpers working there had no intention to help untill I ask to speak to the owner and get some place to park beside the hotel. Definitely not a luxury or pleasant experience will not recommend if you are looking for good service and just staying at a low cost

The property is located away from the city and offers spacious rooms. Staff members are courteous and there is ample parking space available in the adjacent compound. However one of the bedrooms was missing a window door due to ongoing constructions and was only covered by a curtain and an improperly secured mosquito net. As a result, it was difficult to sleep well because of strong winds and noise from passing vehicles.

The lodgings are fine - the place is new and well maintained. Staff are courteous and helpful. Located outside the hustle and bustle of Mysore but since we travelled by our own car, it was easily accessible.

Spacious room, have basic amenities. Restaurant are not available in the hotel,but it has good local hotel just 1min away with good south indian dishes.

Room was really good, staffs are very humble.
