From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine hospitality and attention to detail. The rooms were impeccably clean, well-appointed, and thoughtfully maintained, offering both comfort and convenience for a relaxing stay. What truly stood out, however, was the dining experience. Debasish and his team were nothing short of outstanding. Every meal was served with care, efficiency, and a warm smile. The team managed the dining section beautifully, making each guest feel personally attended to. Everything was very good like food was excellent,i dont had any problems find the location, amenities was fine ,& services was out standing ,this was our second time when we enjoyed this Regenta Central Herald

Good, well maintained Regenta Central Herald and centrally located. The restaurant has very courteous staff and food served was very delicious. We has a relaxed stay at the Regenta Central Herald !!

Location is great. Rooms are clean and good. Food needs to be improved. Very limited range of snacks in the evening and lots of items listed in menu were not available at dinner time

The room was very neat and clean. The staff was very fast in response and friendly. Will recommend this Regenta Central Herald and like to visit on my next trip again.

Location and facilities were very good . The food as per our experience gave limited options for vegetarian food for lunch and dinner . Service was very prompt .

Staff from Bengal are super polite and highly service oriented. Recommend highly. Also loved the breakfast buffet for both quality and spread.
