Terrible stay, not even supply an bath towel, bed sheet was soaked

Location is good, rooms are clean, hotel is nearby KSRTC and Mysore palace, but it is good for bachelor’s since there is a bar at ground floor, no restaurant and intercom in hotel.

photos uploaded in mmt are very old ones. Property is very dirty and do not recommend to any one. The bed and rest room were like as if it was used by lot of people and given to us without cleaning.

Terrible place. Stinks right from the entrance. Right next to a bar with bottles and liquor cups thrown all over. No parking. Right on a busy street. And they state that pets are allowed while taking booking ... later deny entry to pets. Totally unprofessional.

I'm enjoying booking rooms and cabs via makemytrip. It's an easier way to book all the cabs and rooms.

I had a worst stay here, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Firstly, the rooms are not the same as it shows on pictures and they don’t show you the actual pictures of restroom. They don’t have a room service, there is no kitchen at all. They gave me used & dirty mattress & pillow cover when I asked the room boy, he was very rude. They will not give you more than 1 towel which was dirty. The restroom is kind of public toilet. The shower was leaking all over, they will give you only 1 soap. They don’t have a proper receptionist, they got few teenagers who are rude. Very importantly, it’s situated between many local bars.

Here is showing the complimentary breakfast but hotel staffs called here is no resturant in our hotel

1. The entrance to the hotel is like entering the den. There is bar bang beside the entrance to the hotel 2. No parking was given even though there was a basement. The entrance had lot of scooters parked in front and a huge suv, looks like it belongs to the owner. 3. The front office staff looked like school dropouts with no intention to help. The room boys did not have the courtesy to carry the luggage. 4. The hotel itself is very old and all sanitary fittings were older than 10 years and corroded. 5. The room and s not even worth 1500 per room per day. 6. Please delist this property from makemy trip. 7. This is my worst booking on makemytrip till date. Please consider refunding me at-least 50% of the money

This is the worst stay ever. No maintenance. Staf responded very badly. I have included breakfast and they brought it packets from outside

The only plus point on the stay was it a location everything else from checkin to checkout was terrible. I reached around 10am with the hope to get a early checkin but the receptionist was rude and said that was not possible without even trying. They didnt allow us to leave our luggage and didn't allow us to use a restroom as it wasn't available. Once we checked in the room which was given the a/c didn't work. Tv was working and even the basic plug point was not working. We requested for a change in room and they gave us another room. Through basic amenities worked like a/c, tv and plug-point the room cleanliness was terrible. They gave only one towel for two people and said they didn't have stock available. This room was booked with breakfast and next morning at 8 when we went down the receptionist was still asleep. Once he woke up he said they don't serve breakfast and kept arguing to go and talk to make my trip. Finally he called one boy and asked me to order one thing. I didn't want to take a chance and eat from there anymore as it didn't seem safe. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and by far the worst experience ever for a stay

Noon bath towels, ac was not functioning needed to change rooms for betterment no complimentary breakfast was given

Hotel Rooms was dirty. No maintenance and No room service. Only plus point is hotel location which is near to Palace.

The hotel was nice and quiet. Our room was clean, and the staff made sure we were comfortable with our visit.

The staff was professional and polite, and the room had all the essentials. Overall, a very comfort experience.

Overall the room was good. Bathroom facilities and cleanliness should be improved. Otherwise its reasonable to go for.
