Ambiance’s and facility was worse

Very friendly atmosphere close to all places centre of the city almost staffs and good service , rooms are good ,clean and hygine .

It was very poor and the parking lot was terrible.. And the room was not clean and smelled like cigarette.

Very bad experience..rooms are not clean..no working Ac and TV ! l ! Online hotel room photos and direct seeing it’s totally different in the property..then will reach there it’s bad behaving for receptionist ! ..rooms are smell and not clean..it’s very very bad experience ..only 30minutes there we will vacate the room for after 30minutes !! No refund ! First time in very very bad experience in online booking !

Not clean at all. Very old bed, pillow & even covers. Furnitures & wall also with breakage & stain. Parking area also too dirty, cant even go there due to very bad smell (People use that area as toilet). Its really not worthy place to stay with family & kids. For cost they charge, it could be far better than as it is. Pictures they shown in MMT might be too old one, don’t believe that.

Thanks for reaching out to me ....we have faced highly unavoidable & bad experience Hotel as shown was completely different from what we saw in actual  We checked in late in evening around 10:00 With small baby with us  We felt so helpless in such situation & couldn't find alternative option as it was already late Below issues we faced Room was filthy not cleaned properly  Blanket were torned so badly Bedsheet dirty and unwashed   Flush tap broken in washroom  Curtains torned off Dirty washroom  No basic amenities like basic handwash or soap was provided  Even water wasn't present we requested for same which was delayed in delivery  We had no option other then staying in that filthy hotel because of small baby Morning while checking out ....no feedback was taken ....we saw hotel receptionist in verbal arguments with another customer so we better chose to clearing off ASAP instead of sharing our issues with them

room was nothing like the pictures – it was dirty, poorly maintained, and had a strong unpleasant smell. The bedsheets and towels looked stained and felt unwashed. The air conditioning barely worked, and the bathroom had broken fittings with no hot water. Service was equally disappointing – the staff seemed uninterested in helping, and my requests for basic necessities like drinking water or clean linen were ignored. The location might be good, but the noise from the street made it impossible to sleep. For the price charged, this was completely unacceptable.

The stay was good. The room was ok in size. Regarding cleanliness, it was just ok, thereis some room for improvement.

Moriz hotel is good for a stay. Rooms are really maintained in good condition. I loved to stay over there. Highly recommend as it is best at this price point. The hotel service is also good. The staff is so polite and nice to their customers. Food is good and hospitality is also good. You will get welcome drinks, mineral water bottles, and toiletries.

Stayed one night; place was clean and overall good, but a few improvements could make it better.

Bathroom is not clean bedsheet and blanket not clean

The location was good but rooms and bathrooms required renovation. Don't rely on online images for hotel bookings.

bedsheets, towels and pillow covers are not clean. images in shown and the reality is not matched. poor response from the reception.

I have booked rooms through makemytrip many times before, but this has been the worst experience of my life. The room i received was far smaller than what was promised in terms of square footage. Though it was advertised as having a king-size bed, the bed provided was extremely small. The floor was so dirty that walking barefoot made it feel sticky and unhygienic. The bathroom was worse than a public toilet, with a horrible stench coming from it. Even though complimentary mineral water was supposed to be provided, they brought a small amount of water in what appeared to be a reused liquor bottle. The bedsheets, pillow covers, and towels were all heavily stained and had turned yellowish instead of being clean white. I had booked a deluxe room but what i received was no better than a railway station’s clock room. I had planned a two-day trip to mysore, but due to this horrible experience, i had to cut my trip short and return after just oneday

Rooms are very neat and clean, and the hospitality of the staff is very good. They provide 24 hours hot water service.

Excellent service from make my trip

I stayed in Moroz Inn hotel for 2 nights. Positive: 1. The hotel is situated at the center of mysore ,near the Mysore palace and the Deluxe AC rooms are spacious. 2.Management is friendly. 3. Hot water is available all the time which is a good thing. Cons: Rooms are not very clean 2. They are not providing even basic things like water bottle, Soap , Shampoo Kit. Please buy enough water bottles if you are planning to stay for more days. 3. AC in the room is noisy 4. No Restaurant available
