The bed was stinking and had stains, the cushions were stinking too, No AC in the room, Geyser was not working, No lift, No phone in the room to call reception. No car parking you need to park outside on road. Good thing was, a smart TV connected to Wi-Fi (which was also automatically operating - for a min i felt like ghost is operating the TV).

Average Stay
Stayed at the hotel for 2 days. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Non availability of lift caused some inconvenience, but staff was courteous and helpful.

Terrible Stay
We are bad experience. When we enter the hotel nobody pick up our luggage bags. Also there is no drinking water towel and basis amenities in hotels. No room service is available..no intercom also.

Room and washroom are very good and had two double cot beds which were very neat and clean. Check in and check out was easily and quickly done

Very bad
I booked a AC room and the hotel staff gave us a room where AC wasn’t working and misinformed us that it will be fixed by evening. We had to move to a different hotel at 10:30pm in the night. Very disappointed
