Room was clean and neat, but found it to be bit small - if you want to accommodate one more person. Extra few hours of stay cost us 800/-, which I felt bit expensive. Food was alright.

excellent infrastructure. staff is cooperative. only problem faced when the restaurant was busy. and they were struggling to coup up with multiple orders and table allotment. otherwise will chose this one again for my next visit

Not so neat room and very limited breakfast options made it a bad experience for me. Parking is limited and service needs to be improved. Had to carry all the baggage myself to room as reception staff couldn’t help us with someone.

Ambience and atmosphere is good. Regarding service little improvement is necessary. Towels and toilet kits should be placed before guests enter the room. Restaurant is excellent. Overall nice experience

Good place to stay and staff is good and in a decent location

Suite room was okay. But it had no fruit basket as mentioned in the MMT app. Upon confirming the same with the manager, he gave us a platter of cut fruits on complimentary basis. But we had lot of disturbance at the night as the restaurant was right below us. It was very disturbing at night till 12 AM.

The room was clean and neat however the entire night there was lot of disturbance from ground floor since there is their restaurant

Toiletory are not proper ac not working property charge extra amount other then booking and food quality is not good service very bad I suggest all of you pls dont booking this hotel

Very neat well maintained hotel Its really good and this is best for vegetarians especially as it has very tasty veg restaurant.

Food was delicious and cleanness was pretty good and overall good location

good hospitality near and clean rooms .bed was freshly made ..pillows need to be firmer. ..but otherwise everything was ok...if you just want a nice clean place to bath .rest and sleep then go for it !

Positives- 1. The rooms are great. Very aesthetically made. 2. The lobby and common area are also beautiful and clean. 3. Reception staff are capable and courteous. Helpful and fast. Can be better : 1. The bedding and sheets are not very clean. I doubt they are changed after the room guests change. Some pillow coverings had hair from previous guests and some were torn. 2. The bathroom fittings are wobble and need some tinkering and hit and trial to get them working properly. 3. The worst part is the restaurant. Huge menu and not one item cooked properly. Everything is half-cooked and made hastily without least consideration for quality or taste. Had better food in dhabas. The complimentary breakfast was quite humble. Not too many options. Tea and coffee in paper cup and the flies running free on the food. Need more concern about the hygiene in the restaurant. Overall the hotel is gorgeous at the first look and rooms are wonderful at this price but as u stay u will notice the things and areas it lacks.

Booked 2 standard rooms for an overnight stay. The staff was courteous but the room was average. Not worth 3.5k plus taxes. It did not even have a cupboard. May be worth 2k

The rooms & washrooms are clean & well maintained. The staff is polite & helps you with all required details. Veg restaurant is good. The food is also tasty..

Hotel location is near to Mysore palace and with easy connectivity to all tourist places. Rooms are well maintained and staff response was very good. Let them know your requirements and they will suggest options. Food was excellent. Especially Dall Khichdi which was not on their menu. I really enjoyed my stay. Parking is not adequate.

Hotel is really good. Cleanliness, location of hotel, food and service is really top notch. Need to improve little on amenities like toiletry kit, towels handing over in room before the customers requests for it. Staff is very polite and helpful.
