Blankets were not washed, Bedspread had hair fall, No water bottle, we didn’t get newspaper early in the morning, TOO MANY INSECTS

Yea stay was easy to find out. It was in roadside but the condition of the bedsheets, blankets and washroom was not upto expectations. It was awkwardly dirty and food wastes were in blanket. Hygiene was very less. And there was no hot water.

This is an average stay place, where lift was not working over night and early morning, where we had to walk from 2nd floor every time. Also the hot water is restricted to morning hours and not available on need basis, especially when we want to go out in the evening, only chill/normal water is available due to climate is too cold. Location is accessible very easily on the main road and car parking is available within the property and restaurant is available on the ground floor.

No pest control. Coackoraches were seen all around . In fact I was bitten by cockroach on my second night. Telephone (intercom) and wi-fi as indicated by MakemyTrip were not available. 24 hours Hot-water suply was not available. Bathroom was slippery. When complained, the owner of the Hotel, Mr. Prithvi, informed me that Makemy Trip is very well aware of the amenities since they had carried out inspection of the hotel before having a deal with them and it is the fault of Makemytrip for having shown that these amenities were available. Not at all worth staying in this Hotel.

Average lodge with vehicle parking. Co-operative staff. Leaking western closet to be repaired.

First of all the property did not have the payment confirmation. They insisted that we have to pay for the stay. However, after much back and forth they took the effort to check on the payment status and confirmed that they have received the payment. The second and most important issue is that while making the booking, showed that that the rate was inclusive of complimentary breakfast. However, this property flatly told that they do not serve breakfast . This was a really a bad experience. The whole onus of sorting an important matter like this should not fall on the traveller.

Good budget, location friendly staff clean room. Lift, tv, hot water, parking, spacious room available.

It is not worth for ac room. Bed was too thin. Room wash neat. Restroom want to clean well. Ok thats all

water leakage, no toiletries, cockroaches in bathroom and in room also. really pathetic stay...not expected 😤

The hotel was neat and clean, but initially we have got a room that doesn't have proper fan. The maintenance of hotel is poor apart from clean. Overall experience was good. Staff were good and responsive for any requirement.

The hotel location was good. Food was very average and also expensive. Room was good. No room service provided. Tv was not working.

Worst hotel. Very dirty rooms, toilets. Cockroaches in room and cupboards. Do not book this hotel room. Even fan doesn't work properly

Location of the hotel is at the prime centre of the city, check in procedures was simple, amenities are not good enough old toilet, old taps old bucket and cup and there is no shower, there are stain marks on the bed sheet and pillow cover but every thing looks clean, a restaurant is in the ground floor it is very over priced and not tasty it is better to order food online and eat it in the room.
