Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that our photos truly represent the actual rooms and facilities without any difference. A kettle is not listed as part of our hotel amenities, however, we do provide hot drinking water on request. Additionally, hot water in the bathrooms is available 24/7, and our team would have been happy to guide you on operating the taps if assistance was requested. We always strive to provide services that exceed the value of what our guests pay, and we are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.

Thank you for your review — although it's unfortunate to see such a low rating despite the prompt support and services provided. Drinking water isn't supplied due to health regulations. The fan switch you reported was fixed within 30 minutes. We’ve delivered more than what you PAID for, and if the absence of free water affected your entire experience, we respectfully disagree. Nevertheless, we wish you well.

Thanks for the feedback. We have power back but manual one. Flush gun and commode has been fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
