I wanted to share my experience from my recent trip to Mysuru, as it was unfortunately not as enjoyable as I had hoped During the trip, [ hotel booking not done as per booking.e.g., the hotel room was not booked. This cause lot of inconvenience and we faced full nurvous ness — e.g., inconvenience and wasted time. I had high expectations for this trip, but these issues made it difficult to fully enjoy Mysuru. I hope that sharing this feedback will help improve services for future visitors. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedbacck

Excellent location . In house veg restaurant with good food. Booked family room and it was spacious. 24h hot water

Ni Amari Suite Hotel is a great place to stay. The hotel rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Plus, it's in a prime location, making it super easy to get to all the main tourist attractions and find great places to eat. This hotel has everything you need for a fantastic trip.

The stay was good, the food could be better. But the biggest drawback is that they do not have a parking spot available for guests since it is shared with the restaurant and is very limited to just 7 cars. This makes it very difficult to come back from outside and find a space to park the car which in general would be opposite to the hotel or around it where it is marked as no parking.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and the overall hygiene standards were impressive. It's clear that the staff takes cleanliness seriously, which made the stay comfortable and worry-free. I would especially like to mention the room service staff member—Ranjan (I believe that was his name). He was extremely polite, well-mannered, and professional in every interaction. What stood out the most was that he provided excellent service without any expectation of tips. It’s rare to see such genuine hospitality, and it really added to the positive experience.

AC not working properly and food service is very bad whenever we call every time food is not available

very disappointed by the services offered. we have stayed earlier as well, but the services were good. towels are dirty ac was too noisy fittings were worst including washroom washroom was dirty breakfast was also worst overall not happy and not worth to b 3 star hotel

Everything was good & fine at a better price with prime location of city. Hospitality & Services were also nice. Need to maintain the bad smell of drainage in the bathrooms.

The property is in very good location and they maintained good and clean room but the bathrooms are not so clean the restaurant food is to improve overall I will recommend my friends to visit this hotel when they are in MYSURU

Though the Location is ideal and food is good, there is a concern when it comes to cleanliness of the room especially the bathroom. The restaurant is also having a very unpleasant smell at some points especially near the wash area. Location of the property is ideal. But a concern is on the cleanliness. Washrooms does not seems to be clean and bad smell at Restaurant

The stay was decent. best part is it is located in the centre of the city and all the tourist places are nearby.

I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at the property. The location was perfect—easily accessible and close to major attractions. The food served was delicious with good variety and hygiene. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Amenities like Wi-Fi, hot water, and room service were top-notch. The staff were courteous and always ready to help, making the overall experience truly enjoyable. Highly recommended for a peaceful and hassle-free stay!

Bathroom was smelling like public urinals. Third bed cot was literally shaking. Water heater to prepare coffee was not working properly

Extra bed was not provided. There was foul smell from AC or ventilator throughout night. Asked to room freshner but it was not provided. No canteen in the morning hours. Rooms fittings are in shabby condition.

Being a 3 star hotel they don't provide such reception. As we reached the hotel they handed over an access card and no boy/helper accompanied us to the room. If you have your own vehicle there's no parking that they provide - that is on the road or govt parking lot on the roads. Coffees are brought without lids and they travel through open air from the restaurant to the room. The reception staff aren't actively supporting and guiding if the access card requires recharge they will make you run errands for that.

My stay at the property was truly enjoyable and exceeded my expectations in many ways. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and overall upkeep of the rooms. The attention to hygiene and detail was evident, which added a great sense of comfort throughout my stay. Another highlight was the peaceful and disturbance-free environment. Whether it was during the day or night, the surroundings were calm and quiet, allowing me to rest, work, or simply unwind without any interruptions. This serene atmosphere greatly contributed to a stress-free and pleasant experience. Overall, it was a great stay — clean rooms, a quiet ambiance, and a welcoming environment. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful accommodation experience.

We chose this hotel as it is located near the city and palace. Room - 7/10 bathroom- Not clean 5/10

Not good hotel for business trip, no proper clean, smell in bedsheet, old hotel. Bath room are not maintained well sealing old.
