Review Of New Sharada Resort

The amenities were horribly maintained and the food was barely average. The room was designed in a worst possible way. Worst experience of my life.

There was dust in all the places where we could sit in the resort. So you won't feel like sitting and relaxing anywhere in this resort. In door games - very badly maintained. There is a cow dung smell everywhere if you step out of the room as they have a cow in the resort. In the bathroom, you can see rusted iron bars. There are water sprinklers for watering the grass surface. But since this is running, you will not enjoy some activities here. The restaurant experience was bad. Bad lunch. But breakfast was better.

Best place for weekend stay with family, food is average , rooms also average, service is good , vibe is good.

stat, food and amenities all good. Budget friendly and worth the price. enjoyable with family m kids.. Can be better on lunch menu. Can arrange snacks evening.

The property and environment is Very good for Families. but oly rooms should have been Hygienic they have not maintained properly. Food was fine. Swimming Pool was good. other activities area should be kept clean.

Rooms were not clean, not equipped with basic amenities, balcony roof was broken, TV not working, Telephone not working, no wifi, washroom dirty, jet spray broken, wc not cleaned, shower broken, receptionist not friendly she is pushing for 3rd grade rooms when she was having good rooms available, what we checked online and what we got was not same, room without proper balcony was offered first, no rest swing, no view.

Me and my family not happy with stay in the resort.Because,the room is not cleaned when we came to room.Then the bathroom flush is not worked clearly.The important topic I want say with you that The staffs are not responsibility persons.Then the Air Conditioner is not working,it hadn’t cool.The ambiance is beautiful.But,a costumer doesn’t want that.They want a comfortable room...

No hygiene so much of insects not liked it not satisfied very costly pls improve it no more games zip line also extra amount

Not working on wifi and TV also, bathroom door damaged not worthy otherwise staff prefer first own state people not like other state but atmosphere of resort is ok

Food is average not so good , location is very good and it's very easy to reach the location , facilities are good staff will respond very quickly and they do good service in resort it was good experience

property is big spacious good for kids, but it is quite old not well maintained. service person are very less. hence service is quite delayed

Stay is excellent we enjoyed a lot staff is also very co operative i’m really recommended for stay and my children’s enjoyed a lot

No coordination between the employees working. Rooms are pathetic with no ventilation. Breakfast is a joke we were provided with expired bread.

Recently had a great stay at this resort with my family, first we got the room which we didn’t like later we requested to upgrade our room to suite room which we really like it, general manager there is very good understanding our needs and changed our room since we went with kids, resort vibe is good, hospitality is great, overall we like the stay, recommend to anyone with family and kids to stay here who are planning a visit to mysore or srirangapatna

Room was clean but, congested. Manager helped us updating from non ac booked to ac with additional charge which is nominal. Ambience is good but they allow more day outing, good for staying not for vacation. Buffe there is bit costly for the items given, taste wise all ok

Bad maintenance

It was easy for us to reach easily with google maps directions. Lunch, dinner & breakfast was excellent. Resort is little old and needs maintenance. Staffs are courteous on rendering their good service. Swimming pool was very good and i did swimming after a very long time. Overall it was our pleasant stay.
