Poor Stay
The AC was leaking, they didn't change the room. they made us wait inside the room and started fixing the AC while i was with my 2 year old while we wanted rest after a hectic travel. we had to seat and wait for the two unknown person fixing the AC to leave. Great Location and Rooms, Poor Front Desk Experience
Grand Continental by Sarovar Portico enjoys a very convenient location—just a 5-minute walk from Mysore Palace, the Zoo, and the iconic Mylari Restaurant. It’s right next to Hotel Sandesh The Prince in Nazarbad, making it ideal for sightseeing. However, despite the great location, our experience with the front desk left much to be desired. Check-in took over 15 minutes, even though no other guests were present. The staff member at reception seemed inexperienced and indifferent. The room's bathroom lacked a window or an exhaust fan. Each time, we had to call reception to turn on the centralized exhaust, which they keep off to save electricity—an unusual and uncomfortable practice. The lobby AC was switched off, and check-out took another 20 minutes due to printer issues, all while we waited in the heat. On the bright side, the room was clean and extremely comfortable, and the in-house restaurant offered delicious food at affordable prices. A good property with potential—but sorely lacking in professional, guest-centric service.

Good Stay
The Junior Suite was very spacious with a double bed and a single bed. The service was top-notch. The staff are courteous and accommodating. Food at the restaurant is pretty decent and reasonably priced. Location is close to Mysore Palace.

Best Budget Hotel with all amenities
I had stayed for 2 days, I can say very good decent hotel to stay with family. Pros: 1)Near to all top attractions, with in a 1-2km everything. 2)Restarents are avaliable, infact mylari dosa hotel is with in 100 feet. 3)Response is quick in the hotel. cons: Nothing much except one, Bed size looks Double,rather than queen Apart from. this excellent stay, Good amount of cellular parking.
