Food was good but room quality needs to be improved. The surroundings were not up to the mark otherwise the staff is supportive and providing.

Good Stay
we stayed here for 2 nights... the staff here are very clumsy n worried about only the business, service is not that great. we had informed them to clean n tidy our room (between 9-11:30am) as we were going out, but when we came back at 11:30, room was left uncleaned... don't go by the name, Sarovar Portico... positive point is very close to zoo, malls, mysore palace, chamundi hills, world of Mysorepak...

New hotel centrally located
The hotel stay was very comfortable. It is a new hotel neatly maintained. Near to Mysore Palace. Walkable to good restaurants. Facilities like AC , bed all good.

Convenient location for visiting places in and around the Palace. Hotel provided decent accommodation and the service was good.

Excellent stay
Totally amazed at the service I got at this hotel. It is very clean. Toilets are well equipped. Staff is very nice and helpful.

Had a pleasant stay
A new hotel , well maintained , very friendly front office staff . Proximity is very much in the centre which makes it easy to travel anywhere around the city .

I rate my stay 5..manager mr.Hassan was really cooperative n helpful.Hotel is having transportation service which ensures safe n secured travel in and around Mysore plus Bangalore airport..food was of good quality and I wld give 9/10 for cleanliness... overall was great experience to stay

People friendly hotel
Rooms are clean staff is hospitable, food I order only a 1 snacks which was ok. Rest overall nice hotel definitely will recommend it to others. Location is very good, parking a bit tight considering basement parking.

Poor Stay
The AC was leaking, they didn't change the room. they made us wait inside the room and started fixing the AC while i was with my 2 year old while we wanted rest after a hectic travel. we had to seat and wait for the two unknown person fixing the AC to leave.
