tv not working, no breakfast provided, room very dirty, flush not working , shower below headlevel, jetspray power is so low had to use mugs, many lights were not working. only the hotel infrastructure was good but service was terrible

Need to extra money ad they won't accept pricing of OYO mentioned. straight away they deny for booking to charge more. no towels or toiletries provided. check out time staff behavior is terrible pathetic.

First off app should provide facility to display room no. Or room size. After booking when i reached to reception they demanded additional rs. 370- for extra bed for my 8 yr old daughter. When i tried to contact make my trip, i got got response that due to technical problem we can not help you. I paid the additional rs. 370- & i suspected that they have given me smaller room what i booked. But i can not fight them without any support or document as family person. It is my worst experience.

Staying at OYO Eagle Fantasy in Mysore was a complete disaster. Here's why: 1. **A/C Trouble:** Instead of cooling, the A/C decided to blow hot air, making our stay unbearable. 2. **Cleanliness Concerns:** The room was far from clean. Dust and dirt gathered in corners and along the walls, leaving us feeling uncomfortable. 3. **Worn-out Linens:** The bedsheets and blankets were in a sorry state – old, messy, and definitely not inviting. 4. **Rusty Bathroom:** The bathroom fittings were rusty and dirty. The showerhead was supposed to have many holes for water, but only a few worked. 5. **Missing Amenities:** To add insult to injury, there were no soaps or bath towels provided in the washroom. 6. **Cigarette Stench:** The smell of cigarettes filled both the corridors and the rooms, making it hard to breathe. 7. **Room Disparity:** Despite booking two rooms for two families, they were entirely different. Talk about inconsistency! 8. **Bed Bug Surprise:** If you're lucky, you might even get a hug from bed bugs. Yes, they were part of our unwelcome experience too. Overall, OYO Eagle Fantasy in Mysore is not worth your time or money. From faulty A/C to cleanliness issues, missing amenities, cigarette stench, room disparities, and even bed bugs, it was a stay we regretted. I wouldn't even give it a full point – 1 out of 10 is being generous. Avoid this place at all costs!

Nil service. No parking. They booked a room at one price, when we reached the place they showed a room which was not good, on enquiry they told that we booked a economy room and for a bit higher price good room was available, and thus we chose the another, but still the room was not tidy. We suggest by including this hotel( motel) in make my trip will bring down the trust on make mytrip.

Reception refused to give a room but Oyo manager convenience the reception and then he agreed I book 120sqft room for stay but he give small room room quality is very poor without tv and without AC ,uncleaned room , room full of ladies hair intercom not working,no hot water it's a third grade lodge please don't book this hotel

First they denied me room and asked for extra money. After speaking to makemytrip helpline, i was allowed room. Rooms are untidy, mattress is in very bad condition, stains on bed sheet.

The rooms were decent. But lots of mosquities. No goodnight was provided. No water for drink, no towel, no soaps. No parking. We have to park on the road side. If you are just looking for night stay, then it good.

Hotel staff were too arrogant. They didn't allow me to check in. They were asking extra money other than booking amount. I had to wait for more than 45min even then they didn't allow to check in. I have to cancel the booking. Worst experience. Please remove this property into blacklist

They ask for more money than it's show in app, if u'll not pay u'll not get room

Very poor service. Rooms were not cleaned properly. Lift wasn't working. Pathetic in-house service. Improper facilities

they are not coming for cleaning or remove waste.

Very bad stay.I booked online for a single room for three days and paid as shown in the room booking app.But after reaching the hotel they did not give the room.Asked to keep things in a different room.Also demanded for extra money of Rs 1000-saying that the amount paid by me is too less.Asked me to talk to customer care and all.Was in a difficult situation after booking room even after paying full amount as shown in MMT.ALL OF YOU PLEASE DONT TAKE ROOMS IN THIS HOTEL.

The hotel lists a lot of amenities but has got nothing. The lift was not operational they said it was under construction so maybe in the future it will be there. Parking is in front of some shops outside the hotel. At night one guard is there. An in-house restaurant is not available. The staff of the hotel is highly unprofessional. We asked for water in our rooms to which they said the cost is 30- per bottle and we have to pay at the time when room service is delivering the bottles. We requested to pay at checkout but they refused so I asked for receipt of my payment to which they said - If you want receipt buy water from outside. I had to stay for 1 night so I did not change the hotel but this is not worth at all. Thanks to Oyo and MakeMyTrip to understand my frustration and compensate me for terrible experience.
