The Air conditioners of the room was terrible, it was splashing water and sounds like cooler , there was no remote to control the temperature. The room was not properly clean . Everything was broken and and there was no hot water as promised. The bathroom got locked and there staff had to come to open the door. I would literally rating this hotel the worst experience in this hotel

Perfect setup for someone traveling alone. Staff was helpful and the room was exactly what I needed for my stay.

Perfect sanctuary for couples seeking romance and relaxation. Peaceful setting and staff that understand love.

Wisdom grew in our family during trip. Kids made better choices and adults showed better judgment. Staff counseled family decisions.

This was heaven for our couples retreat. Staff gave us space and room was perfect for reconnecting. Best decision for relationship.

While the location of the property was good, the overall experience was disappointing. • No breakfast was provided as mentioned. • There was no proper room maintenance and the service was unsatisfactory. • Room equipment was damaged and outdated. • Lighting inside the room was poor. I request you to kindly look into this matter and ensure that such properties maintain the expected standards. It will also help future customers have a better experience. Extremely poor condition of washroom , room. Not maintained any kind of hygiene. Room service was pathetic

Please do not book this hotel. We checked in for just one night after arriving late in Mysore, and our experience was terrible. The bedsheets were dirty, with hair strands all over, and the linen quality was extremely poor—felt like decades-old fabric reused repeatedly. The bathroom door locks didn’t work, and the water flow in the shower was so slow, it felt like it would take ages to bathe. The entire room had a musty, dingy smell, and as soon as we entered, there was a strong stench, almost like a dead rodent. It was so unbearable that we literally ran out of the hotel early the next morning.

They didn’t provided us cutlery when we had asked for. They straight away told they just don’t have that service. Even they just gave one water bottle as complimentary for 3 people. Rest all were charged. Hygienic issues. The rooms bedhseet, pillow covers were not clean at all! Even the towel they provided didn’t seem hygienic. One of the worst Oyo I came across where this people denied giving us cutlery and water bottles. Even these people didn’t provide breakfast which was already added during booking. But thanks to the manager who paid us back in cash to have breakfast elsewhere as their own restaurant didn’t provide breakfast. Also they asked if we wanted extra mattress as we were 3 people for 1 room, (we were a family) but they informed it will be chargeable. So we denied. One of the worst Oyo experiences.

Not Maintained, No Good Service, Breakfast Wasn't ready by 7.30 Morning. Noise and Water issues. No proper locks

Location is very good. Property needs maintenance. Staffs are helpful. Overall the stay was okay....

We had trouble while checking in as the person in-charge could not find the booking and was not ready to provide the room until he could find the booking. We waited for about 15-20 mins to get the room. The room was in fair condition. The bedsheets had a few stains. The AC was not in a good condition and its remote was not provided. One of the towels was torn. The extra bed of cotton was provided. I had to request for the comforter or duvet to which one king size bedsheet was provided which I used by folding in half. Rest everything was okay. The behaviour of the staff was fine. They were helpful.

Location was ok, there was no Dish Connection Subscription available so No entertainment(TV)...AC was not in optimal cooling condition..

As a MMT BLACK Membership holder and a frequent traveller..i can tell you that this hotel is one of the worst stays i have ever had. 1. The room was given to us an hour late 2. There was no working tap in the wash basin of the bathroom. 3. The sheets were not changed. I have called the reception 5 times..they tell you they will come in 5 mins but obviously they won’t...the whole establish is run my Muslims (which i had no issues at all) but when they saw my Name..they treated me very differently..this experience was just HORRIBLE!

No parking space , Power cut for whole night and no proper response from hotel stay-no action from makemytrip also
