The location is good- walking distance from the Palace and a short drive from other attractions. The checkin process was smooth and the staff courteous. Their rooftop restaurant has a wide variety of dishes to suit every taste. We had booked a family room which was quite specious. The property seems new and is in excellent condition.

Staff behaviour is good and helpful neat and clean room

Couldn't sleep whole night because kitchen straight above our roof and continuous banging.If some hotel management staff can sleep in the night there then they can easily understand how difficult or rather impossible to sleep there.

Good place for family. The place is good neat and tidy. Good vegetarian food available in the restaurant.

I am unable to stay there because of stop me at Forest Check Post at near Bannariamman Temple.

This is a budget to mid level priced hotel (unless you get a great deal somehow). Stayed here for 3 nights, I had a good experience here. Cons: Some rooms do not have a window, some have issues with bathroom lock Pros: Issues are solved almost immediately, I was offered a room change as the previous room bathroom had an issue with lock. Hotel staff is courteous Hotel has good parking space close to Mysore Palace and Zoo and is in central mysore The restaurant is pure veg (which is rare these days) and offers great quality food and is decently priced Breakfast has good variety and the rooftop restaurant was very clean. I would love to stay again in this hotel (Hope they check and fix the lock thing in all the rooms which is minor inconvenience but may turn into major specially when some kid or an aged person gets stuck from inside

It was an excellent stay in this hotel. The cost of living here was also in budget but you will get more than that. Polite Staff. Excellent Roof Top Restaurant, with delicious food. Ultra Clean rooms, washrooms, restaurant. They arranged a cab service for local sight seeing and Ooty Up and down which is a bit costly but, the drivers are knowledgeable, experienced and polite, they will take care of you in unknown cities and places, they guide you well. Highly recommended.

We were a party of 5 adults and had a comfortable stay in the family room. Well appointed, amazing beds, neat bathrooms, towels&toiletries available, hairdryer, iron board on request. Water bottles complimentary in the room. Breakfast spread was decent and ample parking available. Situated on a main road with quick access to landmarks too. Ticked all the important boxes for our stay.

The hotel is at a prime location and most of the tourist places are nearby. Staff hospitality was too good. The rooms are quite spacious and clean.

My recent stay at the Emerald Urban Comfort Hotel was largely positive. The room was commendably clean and neat, and the amenities provided were good, contributing to a comfortable experience. A significant highlight was the complimentary breakfast option included in the package, which was a fantastic start to the day. The nice veg buffet spread generally included a good variety: idli, bread roast, juice, cornflakes, vada, veg pulao, tea, coffee, and fresh fruits. For those without the package, it's good to note that breakfast is available for an additional ₹200 per head. The hotel's location is also a major plus. We found it to be a very convenient base, being just a pleasant 15-minute walk from the Mysore Palace entrance ticket counter. This made exploring the city's main attraction incredibly easy. However, I did encounter a minor issue with water in the toilet on one morning. It seemed to be either a scarcity of water in the tank or a pressure pump problem. This caused a slight delay in my morning plans, which could be a minor inconvenience for guests on a tight schedule. Overall, the Emerald Urban Comfort Hotel offers a clean, well-equipped, and value-for-money stay with an excellent location and included breakfast. Just be aware of the potential for a one-off morning water issue.

Stay in Emerald was very comfortable, we were a group of 5 in 2 rooms . The rooms are large enough with functional AC , fan & large TV . The 2 windows in the room -opening to sky - helped us get the fresh air when required .Best part is their food & restaurant on terrace . Have ample parking space .The hotel is on 2nd-4th floor of a building with a proper lift .Staff is helpful , especially Manjunath who helped us with our luggage & the security guard on ground floor .

I’ve called room service four times requesting cleaning, and no one has shown up. This level of negligence is completely unacceptable, especially from a hotel that claims to offer quality service. I shouldn’t have to repeatedly chase basic housekeeping.
