Property was in good location. Near to railway station. The staff was nice. Behaved nicely. Room was clean. Little water clogging in the bathroom. For the breakfast the restaurant was nearby. The staff guided me well. Even for my function,where I had to go,they called an auto,where the driver turned out very decent fellow. He dropped me to my venue,picked back and dropped me to the railway station also. Total experience was good 👍👍

My Advaitha Residency stay was a very short one.We checked in as 8:45 on 7th June and Checked out at 6 am on 8th June. The rooms and washrooms were clean. Just that hot water was not coming. One suggestion to the Advaitha Residency mgmt, for non AC room please put a mosquito net slider in the windows. The Advaitha Residency has a good restaurant next to it that is another advantage.

Very nice Advaitha Residency with clean and neat rooms, and cooperative staff. All staff were very helpful. Location is very good, near to all major tourist attractions. Though a bit pricey for the size of rooms. Good for family of 2a+1c, though we were provided an extra bed (charged, since cot was small.
