Very clean and friendly staff. Food you can order from Zomato and Swiggy. The property is very near to all prime locations. Especially very near to Chamundi hills. You feel little cold there but the people enjoy cold weather. I definitely suggest this property

The rooms were clean but a little old and my room lock stopped working suddenly. They also don't have an in-house restaurant. You have to travel around 2 km to any nearby restaurants but online food delivery services are available. The location is a little interior but calm and quiet with a good view.

I had booked for kingsize bed but received two single bed joined when asked manager had to give a reason saying it's king size.!! and coming to cleanliness i would rate 3 as washroom it okay okay and i see spider and web in the shower area, this was my second time staying in this resort it was back in 2023 dec but now the things have changed so i guess i should find a better place for the amount paid.!! The place was good, ambience was excellent, staff was friendly. However, I felt the need of a proper kitchen so that we can order food as per our liking instead of selecting combo meal packs. But My wife and loved the place.
