My recent stay at this resort was a mix of positives and disappointments. On the positive side, the complimentary breakfast was well-prepared and offered a good variety, and I found the staff to be polite, courteous, and always willing to assist with a smile. Their behavior truly reflected professionalism and hospitality. However, my overall experience was overshadowed by the ongoing construction work at the property. The noise would start as early as 8 AM and continue till 5 PM, making it extremely difficult to rest or enjoy a peaceful stay. When I raised the concern and requested an alternative room, I was shown Room 205, but unfortunately, it turned out to be even noisier. This left me with no real solution during my stay. While the service and food were commendable, I strongly feel the management should have informed guests beforehand about the construction or ensured quieter accommodations. Transparency and proactive guest care would make a significant difference. Until these issues are resolved, I would hesitate to recommend this resort to travelers who are looking for a peaceful and relaxing experience.

Ivaana Resort is a perfect getaway for anyone seeking peace and comfort amidst nature. The villas are spacious, beautifully maintained, and offer stunning views of the Chamundi hills. The eco-friendly pool, greenery all around, and thoughtful amenities make the stay feel both luxurious and relaxing. Staff are friendly and responsive, and the overall ambience is serene and rejuvenating. Highly recommended for couples, families, or even small group get-togethers. A truly refreshing experience!

This place offers amazing amenities, including a pool and well-kept gardens that are perfect for relaxation and play. Offer comfortable stay for family vacation, addon is view from the property are simply breathtaking.

Stay was good with good view. Stay looks premium however, Service could have been better for the cost which is charged. Breakfast was served very late even upon the request. We could see the staff fighting in kitchen. Accommodation was good Accommodation was really good with good view. Food was also great. Breakfast was average. Service could have been better for the premium priced charged. We had a small baby with us and there was one hour delay in the breakfast being prepared even after request. Also it was very unprofessional to see staff fighting in kitchen over low labours for work.

location and food is good but there is no amenities. service to the room was not bad. but it's not worth paying

Positives: 1. Nice location 2. Amenities and the villas were well maintained negatives 1. As the property is used as a venue for other events like weddings, bachelor parties. Always loud music will be there till the event and it'll cause disturbance if you're tired and want to sleep early. Also you can't use the pool premises as a lot ppl who have come to attend these events will take pics there. Also we experienced some random people trying to open the door (may be kids who were attending any of the wedding or birthday events) 2. Also they don't have a breakfast spread. We had to wait for 45 minutes after ordering the breakfast at 8. 30 am.

Ac was not working. Staff was there in room for two hours to repair but unable to fix. Haven’t got good family time. As most time gone in to ac repair. Also due to hot weather night was also not pleasant for sleep as ac was not working.

Good location, nice place stay, excellent location. Food was great. Excellent hospitality by all the staffs.
