There was dust in all the places where we could sit in the resort. So you won't feel like sitting and relaxing anywhere in this resort. In door games - very badly maintained. There is a cow dung smell everywhere if you step out of the room as they have a cow in the resort. In the bathroom, you can see rusted iron bars. There are water sprinklers for watering the grass surface. But since this is running, you will not enjoy some activities here. The restaurant experience was bad. Bad lunch. But breakfast was better.

Rooms were not clean, not equipped with basic amenities, balcony roof was broken, TV not working, Telephone not working, no wifi, washroom dirty, jet spray broken, wc not cleaned, shower broken, receptionist not friendly she is pushing for 3rd grade rooms when she was having good rooms available, what we checked online and what we got was not same, room without proper balcony was offered first, no rest swing, no view.

Me and my family not happy with stay in the resort.Because,the room is not cleaned when we came to room.Then the bathroom flush is not worked clearly.The important topic I want say with you that The staffs are not responsibility persons.Then the Air Conditioner is not working,it hadn’t cool.The ambiance is beautiful.But,a costumer doesn’t want that.They want a comfortable room...

Recently had a great stay at this resort with my family, first we got the room which we didn’t like later we requested to upgrade our room to suite room which we really like it, general manager there is very good understanding our needs and changed our room since we went with kids, resort vibe is good, hospitality is great, overall we like the stay, recommend to anyone with family and kids to stay here who are planning a visit to mysore or srirangapatna

Room was clean but, congested. Manager helped us updating from non ac booked to ac with additional charge which is nominal. Ambience is good but they allow more day outing, good for staying not for vacation. Buffe there is bit costly for the items given, taste wise all ok

It was easy for us to reach easily with google maps directions. Lunch, dinner & breakfast was excellent. Resort is little old and needs maintenance. Staffs are courteous on rendering their good service. Swimming pool was very good and i did swimming after a very long time. Overall it was our pleasant stay.
