hotle was good neat and clean. the room which i booked AC was not working PROPERLY and we had tough time to sleep which made our stay uncomfortable. atleast before assigning the room the property holders shuld make sure everything is in place for the customers to have a comfortable stay and experience

Had a Comfortable stay. Location was good and the service apartment was neat and clean. In Breakfast options were limited, can improve here...

Booked this hotel around 4k per night for two nights. At this price, i haven't thought that dinner won't be available. There is no restaurant.

Decent sized rooms and courteous staff. They also have facilities to cook which was very helpful when traveling with kids. One thing they can definitely improve is the cleanliness aspet. Be it their wardrobes or the room corners was full of spider webs. I don't have it

Stay was good, but they should allow early check in, since we stayed for 4 hours only because of flight, they didn't let us check early

We booked our stay for 4 nights, we stayed in the studio apartment. The admins helped us with our basic cooking needs by providing an induction stove and vessel for boiling milk which was very useful for us. Overall a good stay experience

Relatively new hotel. Cooperative staff. Check-in: smooth. Stay: room was clean and tidy by the time we entered. Good fragnance. We need to tell in reception for room cleaning while we are out. They shall not take initiative to call us or knock out door. Reason for that is they do not want to disturb/ come in to room without our concent. However, after i insisted for cleaning they changed bed sheets. For the exorbitant price, they should have kept house keeping for 12-14 hours. Cleanliness maintenance is the reason why i reduced 1 star. Dining: domino's and sattvik are within 300 meters. Even without in hotel dining, we were comfortable. I wanted to reduce another star because of this but, the efforts they made extra to make us happy made me add it back. Hope they take points and keep this stay a 5 star. Kudos for your hospitality.

It's good for only accommodation not for food. There is no proper facility for food but for just staying purpose it's good

Over rated property. Rooms were good but pricing is too heavy since there is no service. Serviced apartment shouldn’t be so overpriced.

This is low cost service apartment noise coming from adjacent room, very limited parking space. No breakfast and lunch service

We stayed in mc suites for couple of days in may 23. It is a nice homestay in the heart of mysore. Since we booked 2 rooms, we got the entire apartment for ourselves. The front desk is manned very efficiently and the check in was smooth. The rooms are large and clean and the washroom was also good. There is no breakfast in the hotel but there are options nearby. There is a kitchen also inside the apartment in case anyone wants to cook. All in all a nice stay and family enjoyed. All places of interest in mysore are connected well from here

There is no food. No water only one bottle free for 3 members per day. Post room cleaning room was kept open for the full day. No support persons. Very bad not recommended.
