The property is centrally located ,near to the palace and other places of interest . The staff is not customer friendly and did not listen to anything we asked for . Good location ,average property , very poor service

Not clean at all, smelly rooms, bedsheet and blanket, W/C cover was broken. Even after requesting house keeping did not come for second day room cleaning.

TV is not working and not intimated by staff while checking in ..bath room and bath fitting are not clean and not working properly water was spreading eventually

The night staff at hotel is very rude.They can even respond on our quiry. The mattress provided by them is very bad and torn. When I ask them to change it they refused and told me to talk with the booking agency. The property is nice but the staff is very bad especially the night manager

There is no maintenance at all. No lift service. There was no electricity for 2 hours and no back up of generators. Bathroom was clean, room was not clean. I do not recommend this stay for anyone. I have changed my stay to different hotel.

it was a good stay. the faculty members were also good. There was no much issue with parking as well they have plenty of Parking space

bedsheets and blanket are very dirty. after many call they're not change the bedsheets and blanket. all time they're tell me bhejta hu larke ko but no one is came to change bedsheets

The hotel stay was worst Landline was not working Ac was not working There was no housekeeping staff to bring our luggage. I havnt seen such hotel in my life . Very bad

Pathetic experience, poorest hotel in Mysore, no wifi, keys not working, torn towel provided with strains, breakfast that was complimentary with the booking was not provided

Pleasant stay at a comfortable room. They could have provided tea/ coffee sachets in the room. Only one towel provided pr room. Check in delays could be avoided. Room and bathroom are very clean and neat.

Except infrastructure everything is bad. No dustbin, no towels, foul smell in toilet bed spreads looks used

I recently stayed this hotel and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. Despite booking a room with breakfast included, the hotel staff claimed that it was not part of the package, leaving us feeling cheated. The behavior of the hotel staff was unfriendly and unaccommodating, which further marred our trip. The overall experience was subpar, and i would not recommend this hotel to any customer.

Four Wheeler parking issues. No complete toiletries. No complementary tea or coffee maker. Breakfast is very limited to only one item per person. Not a worthy stay. The rooms are in good condition. Hot water available. Road side hotel, connectivity is good for nearby locations.
