Excellent. Clean & quite decent large room with AC & TV with all channels. Hot water for bathing. But, pigeon feathers & bees enter the bathroom. Polite staffs. The guy Ashok is very helpful. No coffee maker & intercom. Drinking water available. Good location. Above reliance smart super market. Maheshprasad, Nalpak, Lemon three, Mysore Mylari(Dattagalli) restaurants are near by. Ample car parking. But, no cc tv. Some one has scratched my car purposefully. I complained to Manager

they changed my room last minute a room which was very dirty

1st of all I booked SUVARNA SUITES, but a female called me in the last minute and says that there is some technical issue and changed my room to a different location(SUVARNA RESIDENCE) which was pathetic, starting from the beginning the pillow covers had 100's of holes , the chairs very very very dirty, the chairs had a lot of stains and the washroom's jet spray was very FILTHY!! I REQUEST TRAVELLERS NOT TO STAY IN THE PROPERTY
