The hotel is a catch at its price. The rooms are clean, spacious and beautiful. The staf is polite and helpful.

It is a home ,converted into hotel ,rooms are in ground floor very noisy . Ground floor rooms are attached, night time very disturbing due to noise

The stay was perfect for the price in the heart of mysore near to Mysore zoo and palace.

Room was neat and clean. Services and facilities are inline. Staff is good. Toiletries were fine. Bed was enough to accommodate all of us.

Room was just behind the reception so all the noice come inside, there is a door Inside our room that connects to the next room, that felt terrific, room was clean, geycer, hair drier ,ac, tv, kettle

The stay and the staff were good.. But the owner Mr. Vinod was very adamant in his talks and not customer friendly.. His way of talking to customers is not right.. If owner is only like that who says is in the hospitality field for 9years.. should learn to treat customers. I got to know about this because we asked for a discount in continuing the stay and match online rates. overall bad experience with owner only but staff are good.

Location is good. The deluxe room size at first floor is average, not 1770 sq ft or so, which is mentioned in the website. The kitchen facility is only available for superior room. No clear demarcation of the same, at least we couldn't find earlier. No in house pantry available, which makes it difficult sometimes at odd hours, though online delivery options are available.
