Had a Good stay in the hotel it had good ambience and cleanliness was top notch. All the amenities was good and tidy

The amenities were good and the service was excellent

property was good, service was good. Toiletries , bedding, curtain room ambience was excellent .pub was a little disturbing late night.

The room is full of seepage

Room was very big, clean and tidy. View from the room is really good. Just doesn’t have parking but got a road side parking with security 24*7

The location is on the high way..wide roads.. But the amenties in the rooms are very minimal..

It was not cleaned before we check-in, toilet papers were not available, balcony door was not locking, not safe and walls were wet and patchy.. horrible experience..

It's was a very bad experience. The bathroom door's handle was broken and we asked them to repair it and there was no response from the management for all 2days. No one to carry the luggage to the room as well. We had to ask for the dental kit and electric kettle. Nothing was there in the room. Even the towels were not there and had to ask for it. The bedsheet had very little blood stains. No parking plots had to park on the roads

Room service not good ...room condition not good..some window lock broken.... Morning break fast tym 9 clk it's too late Room service not good ...room also not good...They didn't changed tv package as per our request ...some window lock as broken ..and breakfast also They r not provided on time ..so we left breakfast for early check in ...They told we vil provide at 9 am ..phone also not working

Wash basin tab was broken , food was terrible. Hotel needs service!!! everything needs to he fixed , to not working phones

The stay was very unpleasant. The staff was not corporative, phone was not working every time if we need to order something we need to call the mobile number. But the order takes ages to get & also the staff behaviour was very bad.

The location you sent through whatsapp was wrong it redirected to a restuarent. I booked an ac deluxe room but first i got a room with broken window and walls . When i discussed with staff over there they said all rooms are same.Staff's attitude was rude.it was noisy in the night as ground floor is pub attached.i don't know how this hotel got mmt assurance by make my trip. Never had a such a worst experience. Open parking beside the service road

The hotel was decent, with a comfortable room and friendly staff. The location was convenient, and the amenities were okay. Nothing spectacular, but it did the job. Would stay again if needed, but wouldn't go out of my way to recommend it.

I had booked a room for one night, but they have limited facilities, the staff is also not good, you will not get good food.

The room size was fine but few things were either broken or not working. Also there is a club on the ground floor, due to which its hard to sleep till music is going on.

First of all there was no cold water in room for 4 hours after check in, sofas where full dirty with dust bathrooms where too much smelly and bathtub was not working and some broken windows

I had a disappointing experience during my stay. While the staff were polite and well-behaved, they struggled to manage basic services. The room lighting was very poor, and I had to wait over 30 minutes for every order. The staff were also unaware of what was available in the kitchen. Several amenities were non-functional — the shower wasn’t working, there were no bulbs in the washroom, and the cupboard lacked hangers for clothes. I requested food to be served in the room, but due to a shortage of manpower, it wasn’t possible, forcing me to go out in search of food late at night.
