It's a very old property located in a posh location so definately it has very big rooms but the maintenance of the property as well as house keeping is lacking. There is not room cleaning option on a daily basis and water bottle is complimentary only for the first night. Apart from these it's very reasonable to stay based on room rent and restuarant food rates as compared to other hotels. So if you are looking for a short stay and want to spend less money this is your go to hotel.

Location is good, quiet - close to rly Station. Food is good and the restaurant service is fine. Amenities are not good - to be upgraded - old curtains should be replaced, bathrooms should be renovated, reception number should be available in the room, towels, bathmat, toilet tissue to be provided The room keys should be changed to digital so that the lights will be auto switched off when the card is taken out... The rooms have to be upgraded, renovated and uplifted...

The bathroom was not clean, no toilet paper, no hand wash,no shower,bathtub was on worst condition. blanket was not good, not enough for 2 people, it was some kind of rug. The window curtain was broken. not fixed by the hotel after complaining also. no drinking water was provided. no toothpaste in the morning. it was a horrible experience,I can't not describe it in words also. staff service is also pathetic.

We checked in at late midnight. The initial rooms offered had cockroaches in washroom! Upon complaining new rooms were offered. The rooms were clean but the washroom taps were jammed, needed a lot of efforts to turn on the showers in both rooms. Basic sanitary kits (tooth paste and brushes) and towels were not provided. Mandatory water bottles were not given. Very bad experience, do not recommend with family or friends!

Hotel Paradise needs amassive maintenance to attract Customers/ Guests. Location is very good. Rooms are spacious with adequate light & ventilation. However, inside the rooms, nothing is good. Beds, Curtains, tiles, Bathroom; everything is extremely old & maintained hardly. Also inadequate manpower. However, food quality & quantity are good and are values for money. Adequate parking space inside hotel premises. Travel Desk provide good cab service at competitive prices.

Nothing is working at this hotel, this place badly needs renovation. Great location, once an iconic place with spacious rooms, but everything else is failing. Staff is trying to be helpful but not able to manage the failing basic infrastructure like taps, door locks.
