there was no pantry or restaurant inhouse and guest have to go outside for breakfast.overall not a good experience.

The stay was pleasant , and the staff were polite enough and was very professional!! The receptionist greeted us in a pleasant mannner and we did have a good stay at this place !! I recommend this stay for families who would love to stay at Mysore

hotel is near to railway station and have couple of restaurants as well in same road. but the quality of room cleaning is not up to mark there are bed bug as well and bug on room floor as well

Just manageable. The hotel is near the railway station and there are restaurants across the road. That's a plus. Service was too slow. We booked a room for 3 adults. After checking in they said they would give an extra bed in a double room. But that took a long time and we had to remind a few times to get the extra bed. The room is not sound proof. Until late in the evening there we were as disturbed by the sound of honking vehicles and loud people on the road. There was no mirror above the washbasin. Windows were not closing fully. Front desk could have been more friendly.

The rooms are clean and well maintained.. accessible to all tourist places in Mysore.. and the room service is good.

Very Poor Response .From make my trip they are not giving priority to me . I asked for extra bed i paid money iam asking 2 times to reception person till 10pm he didn't respond me .again asked that time only he response Reciption person behaviour and attitude not good they way he speaks to me . Make trip trusted hotel is worst holtel . Request Make trip management team higher offical to speak to me urgently.

Considering tariff, room & amenities you mentioned, nothing is provided. Room size too small. Cost is unjustified against booking. No inhouse Breakfast option. Go to restaurant for breakfast that quality is not good quality. Tripple charge we paid for low quality. Rating is 2/5 Room rent is unjustified with room size, ambience and amenities. Breakfast is not inhouse. Breakfast is tied up with veg very ordinary road side hotel where quality is not compromised with hotel tariffs. Very bitter experience.

blanket dirty and smelling, bathroom unclean, towel torn, hotel says 24 hours servive but nonone picking upphone despite reminding them at nigjtnforma5.O clock tea....I don't know how come make my trip.give 3star rating

Nice place and good location . I stayed 2 day during new yr and due to prime location railway station to zoo palace etc it save travel time. Room was clean and staff are supportive

The Location is good.The Make trip had help to get the stay. The Amenities good . But i got to pay more extra pay for early check in.

The hotel staff is rude and also he demanded more money with us to pay at hotel again. Apart from this, the room looks very bad and washroom isn’t clean and washroom doors are broken. Not clean nor tidy
