IT was a nice stay , rooms are cozy but not large , food was good and staff courteous , stayed here multiple times, location of the hotel in the centre of the city is an added advantage

Excellent hospitality and it’s very close to the temple and 4/5 kms from Malpe Beach. Food was great. My 1 year old slept all night without any issues. They even provided a wheelchair for my mother throughout our time with Ocean Pearl Time Square. Highly recommended

Room was very neat and good. Highly recommend for family with kids. Service and staff are very nice . Only one thing lag they don't have Pool

Firstly the checkin time was odd. It was 2pm And check out time was 12noon. They are not even giving us 12hrs of time for the money we are paying. And next who will check in at 2pm if we arrive at a new place around early in the morning?

I recently had a disappointing experience with The Quorum Hotel in Mysore. Due to an unavoidable personal reason, I needed to change the date of my booking. I reached out in advance with a valid request, expecting some level of flexibility or at least a customer-friendly approach. Unfortunately, the hotel was completely uncooperative and refused to accommodate any changes. What’s more concerning is the complete lack of customer service. There was no empathy, no effort to understand the situation, and no alternative offered. In today's hospitality industry, where customer satisfaction should be a priority, this kind of rigid and indifferent service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to travelers who value flexibility, support, or good customer service. There are plenty of other options in Mysore that treat guests with more care and respect.
