Super location, good parking, helpful staff. On request changed floor. Didn't try food.

all rooms are poorly maintained. Had cockroaches on the bed in teh 3rd floor rooms. Changed room 3 times . pest control every week is a msut. Also no tissue paper was supplied fot toilets and water leaking from commode/

Good ambience , courteous staff , good restaurant Room was very spacious and convenient Hot water was not available in the early morning

The property is excellent but not well maintained, window screen is not washed , room is not cleaned properly other then all the good , good veg restaurant and nice location

Location and food is good but amenities and service is terrible. in simple words they are still leaving 15 years back when it comes to amenities like big doom tv, terrible sofas, broken items and rock like beds. it was very bad to see such a famous name having this kind of service and amenities.

stayed for a night as had come to mysore for visiting some places. I chose this hotel as it has been a prestigious one since more than 20 years. rooms were spacious but facilities were quite basic. TV provided but doesn't work, electric plug points limited to only 2 and even those doesn't work, taps in washrooms keep leaking and badly needs a replacement. lights in the room are quite dim and is suitable to sleep only. parking area is far and doesn't have a lift access nor is closed. have to walk in rains to access the car.hotel is quite remote and no access to any shops nearby.

Dasprakash Paradise was a premium hotel once upon a time in Mysore .. now it's shadow of itself. very spacious hotel ,big rooms,big lobby ,decent food but very average maintenance.. my young daughter didn't even took bath saying bathroom is stinking.. We are okay to pay 10-20% more but up keeping of rooms is very much desired

It’s very old hotel. Hospitality is not that great. I don’t suggest this hotel if you are looking for good hospitality

The location is good. The property is the worst I have ever stayed.... very old building and poorly maintained room and toilet. dirty walls. poor linen, no toiletries except soap. I can explain more but stop here. I wish, they close down the property and either do proper maintenance or rebuild. it is not fit for leasing.... very very very poor hotel.

The hotel is very old. The facilities are outdated. People are just surviving for having booked the room and photos don't give real picture. The hotel is standing in ints last legs. Revive or close, please don't trouble people who have expectations on the name....

For me it was like homecoming. Mysore had been my home for 30 years . DPP was during my childhood days an important icon. Though sadly it's been rocked by neglect and not able to improvise with time. i braved them all for old times sake. The silver lining however is the excellent Food and the very friendly staff. Mr Bhimiah at the counter is a sad guy putting up with impatient clients but extremely helpful.

Food was good, management sucks, one tv was there which didn’t work because the management refused to pay for subscription, all other employees except one receptionist was kind and talked were

worat hotel i have stayed in my life. In 2k range i can get much better deal anywhere. Hotel is still living in 80's. Phone wire was broken, TV was also very old and not working. ni complimentray watet bottle. Toilet is worst. My while trip ruined by this stay. I dont why makemytrip list such pathetic hotel. they should or close the hotel if cant manage.

At first, we were a little concerned about the hotel’s distance from the city. However, it turned out to be quite convenient — just a few minutes from the railway station and easily accessible from the main road. The property is located on elevated ground, offering a calm and peaceful ambience. It was fascinating to learn that the hotel has been around for over 45 years. While some of the amenities reflect its age and would benefit from a refurbishment to match modern standards, the premises are clean and well-maintained. The in-house vegetarian restaurant deserves special mention for its quality and taste. We were fortunate to witness a spectacular drone show and air show right from the terrace — a truly memorable experience. Overall, a quiet, pleasant, and value-for-money vegan-friendly stay.
