poor service is just an understatement. housekeeping won't arrive before 6-7 calls. fir senior citizens this place is a complete no. for wheel chair you will mostly wait, staff to operate wheel chair will need multiple request. food quality is almost road side food. it is best to burn your cash vs coming here. extremely avoidable place at this price will the good star hotels in Mysore are available.

The overall experience was good. The ambience particularly was nice. The price could have been more competitive.

It was a nice and plesant stay, I would like to stay when ever visit Mysore. It’s a nice property and service is also too good.

Wonderful Experience – Perfect Place for Celebrations! We recently stayed at this property to celebrate our daughter’s third birthday, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. What made the stay extra special was the surprise birthday celebration they arranged for our daughter – completely free of cost! The effort they put into making her day special was heartwarming, and she absolutely loved it. It was beautifully done and brought smiles to all our faces. The ambiance of the property is peaceful and family-friendly. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the food and overall hospitality. We had a great time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and memorable stay – especially for family occasions. It’s a lovely place with warm people, and we’re thankful for the wonderful memories created here.

Nice property and friendly staff. breakfast was Yummy. Had a very nice time with kids in swimming pool and recreation area.

at the time of booking of Hotel, MMT has taken a kid aged 13 years as kid, but hotel people has refused for that and considered kid aged 13 years as adult and charge in food charges as adult.

Located very close to the city center on the side of ring road, this is a very well maintained property. There are studio rooms and villas. Very nice ambience inside. Restaurant is very spacious, the food was good too. The breakfast spread is excellent.

Ambience is great and staff is very supportive. Wide variety of food and is very much delicious.

We dint get our gst bill. Dinner we had opted while booking, they served us these kind of food in box instead in dine buffet. Ths was unsatisfactory

The property is maintained well, rooms were clean, food spread was good but kindly don’t use soda in making pooris and the kesri was very bland and didn’t taste well , rest of the food was good. The bar is non operational. Staff and Chef Ganguly were really nice and helpful.

It was a refreshing experience especially for people who want to run away from the city life,beautiful property food was very good. and all the staffs are so helpful so courteous. Special thanks to the luggage help Mr. Harish, Restaurant Team, and to Ms.Kavita (front office).

Villa was good. Property was under renovation so there was no swimming pool and no other games/activities. So property is too much over priced at this moment, staff were courteous and friendly. Food was good.

Not a right a place if you are looking for resort experience. This property is unders renovation and there is dust everywhere. No swimming pool. No recreation area. There is nothing actually. Not at all worth for the price.

Good and excellent experience

Stayed with wife and grandkid for 2 nights on 28th mar. Locating property on google problematic. Location next to railway line. Noise factor. Only few villas and rooms ready for occupation. Many under renovation. Work in progress. Ready villa is very roomy and convenient. Swimming pool is decent but only 4 feet deep. Food is good. Service is ok being understaffed.

It's a beautiful property, lots of trees and quite expansive. However, it's not at all maintained, housekeeping is very very poor. No response from any staff members when called. If you are ok with dust all around you, be it floors or furniture, then only book this place.

1. Location is very good. 2. The bathroom drain needs to be sorted out as while bathing water gets accumulated. Bathing space in bathroom is minimal and your hand will collide with walls while taking bath. 3. Drinking water was not provided even when i gave them option to charge me. Pathetic staff. Saying sorry in the morning shamelessly. 4. Staff is not trained well. 5. Some of the rooms are under renovation and all the removed items are lying everywhere as decorations. 5. The tea kettle towels everything had to be asked. There is no system. 6. Menu for food is also very limited. Quantity and quality of staff below par. They need training. 7. The property owner is not interested in providing comfort and good experience to customers. That’s why they are compromising in every aspect. 8. It was bad for me. I paid rs6550- for one night. Definitely not value for money.

Golden landmark ambiance is just like a thick forest. As soon as u enter u will get that feel of u entering forest area. The cottages are well maintained and clean. To have peace of mind it is the best place. Food and service is also excellent. I really liked my stay. Memorable stay.
