1. Rooms were not hygiene - foul smell was coming from bathroom 2. Bathroom tissues were not kept 3. Towels were very old, Heavy bleaching powder smell 4. No Kittle was kept.. 5. They charges extra Rs.1000 for 7Yr old Kid - where all other hotel stays it is free till 12 Yr. For each and every this we requested and received the same.

it was good place for the budget. they have an in-house restaurant. Candlelight dinner with match streaming was a highlight from the stay. Rooms are spacious and clean. Have plenty of parking options

Its a very good hotel which I have seen before and a they maintained very well and clean and hygiene and also the parking space in very good and good for accommodation anf also very near to the city and food also very good and I am attractive to the ambiance of this hotel

The room was quite spacious and clean. the front office staff was quite friendly and courteous. dedicated veg restaurant with decent quality food. would recommend both for families and business tours alike.

Excellent room, food was not upto the mark

The overall ambience of the stay was good. I had a good time and the balcony view was out of the box. The exterior was very neat and clean. Also, the room was very spacious with all amenities. Thank you.

Overall stay was decent. Staffs were nice. Room service was also very efficient. Only drawback was the breakfast option. They had only veg and that was not mentioned while booking.

I searched for Le ruchi, the prince, mysore and the pictures with swimming pool ,ambience and reviews, I started booking, I don't know how it was diverted to Ruchi, the prince. It was booked to Ruchi the prince. Just next to Leruchi the prince hotel. It was completely misguiding and cheating the customers, and the comforts are completely different. charges are very high compared to the services. poor customer service. Iam completely dissatisfied. After getting confirmation of payment, I browsed in the Google for Ruchi the prince, it is showing the other images of Leruchi the prince. cheating of both hotel and make my trip.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The service was not up to expectations. During the buffet, there was only one staff member serving everyone, leading to long delays. I also requested drinking water, but it was never provided in the room despite reminders. To make things worse, there were loud functions happening right outside near the room. The noise was extremely disturbing and made it hard to relax or sleep. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable and frustrating.
