Stay is good but inside bathroom pipe is not good and no place to keep body wash bottles and stay is in upstairs no lift fecility

it was fine but had few inputs- please keep a soap stand in the shower area and the shampoo conditioner container looked like they were stored for a long time,kindly replace

Stay was good and the caretaker is very nyc...food is also good specially Pizza...overall it was Nice experience

Very clean hygienically maintained property. But there is no food included. There is a Brewary at the ground floor which was an added advantage. Enjoyed our stay

Food was very tasty, stay was also comfortable but the crowd at night in the restaurant was not decent. I felt unsafe as they were hooting. Also, iron and iron board was not provided, only Assam tea satche was provided no coffee was there. Although we didn't ask for it from the reception. But it should be there.

Very neat and comfortable stay just above the dining area. The music and noise from below were not a disturbance.

Stayed here with family for 2 nights, place is attached to a pub and entrance is also from the pub side, in the evenings you’ve many people hanging around with drinks and smoking in the passage. The property is also not managed properly, apart from basic amenities, the place also lacks staff. In the mornings we could hardly see anyone in the premises until around 11am, although there is intercom no one answers that, I had to run around looking for some one to get basic things like towels and soap, cleaning is also not done on daily unless you ask for it but, even after asking for cleaning the bathroom was not cleaned. This is ok for bachelors for a day or two but, I would not recommend for couple and family.

This hotel is known for its bar & restaurant. Not good for stay. There is nobody to attend to you, not even in the front desk

I would not recommend this hotel for families. There is no separate entrance for hotel guests, so you have to go through the pub or hotel entry, which can feel awkward for those staying in rooms compared to the pub or restaurant customers. Additionally, there is no dedicated parking for hotel guests, so if the restaurant or pub is busy, you may not find parking. Another drawback is that there are no complimentary facilities like breakfast or lunch. For meals, you'll need to either go outside or order food online. The restaurant only offers limited pub food, so the options are restricted. On a positive note, the room was very clean and hygienic. The service staff, especially one person, stood out for his politeness and innocence. I really appreciate his effort to provide good service. Overall, I would recommend this hotel only for business travelers or individuals who don't mind these limitations.

We went with family for a stay for a couple of days. Pros: the receptionist is good. The rooms are spacious. The food is good. Cons: they have a restaurant and bar at the entry and rooms are upstairs after the bar. So every time you have to cross the bar to reach the room which everybody may not find comfortable. They provide only one liter of complementary water per day per room which is really bad. It should have been 2l per person. I wouldn't be choosing this hotel again and i won't recommend it for a family.

The restaurant services were slow. No lifts. If you travel with senior citizens

No room service, no one at reception. Wasnt provided with coffee kit even after asking multiple times.

Positives - staff are courteous, rooms are neat and its a new property. They have a nice micro brewery in the ground floor, good ambiance, they serve both indoor and out door, i am a vegetarian and the food was good. Suggested improvements - rooms are in first floor with no lift, a separate entry access for rooms would be good.

The stay was good. Rooms are new and clean. I experienced minor issues with service but overall good. I would like to visit again.
