Very very poor experience....this is new building but service they spoil

1. After entering the hotel, I had to wait for around 30 minutes even though my check-in time was 6 PM. 2. They kept asking repeatedly for payment details—how much I paid and to show the bill amount. 3. They collected my ID proof and informed me that it would be returned only at the time of check-out. 4. The room was not cleaned properly, with dirty walls and an unclean bathroom. 5. No mineral water was provided. 6. The AC was not working, and the remote was missing. 7. The TV was not working and was disconnected.

The room was not at all cleaned and there are cigarettes in the bathroom. The entire corridor was filled with smoke smell and there was also a used ashtray on the table. They have given AC in amenities and when asked they asked us to pay 600 for the ac. if there's a separate payment they should have asked beforehand whether we want Ac or non AC room..... The bathroom was also awful and overall it was a terrible experience for us....
