Purple Inn Boutique Hotel

Initially they denied my check in , they told we have no room spare...then I talk to MMT Customer care ,..after 30 min talk with hotel manager and MMT care....they provide me a room....no toiletries item was there... washroom was unsatisfactory....pub is there so much crowd there due to which family stay would totally uncomfortable...

The whole night loud music was played we were unable to sleep. Ac was not in good condition (no cooling during the whole night). No one was seated at reception for further help. Calling on reception was also not fruitful as there was no one to pick up the call and clear our doubts and help us. There was no complementary breakfast provided even though it was one on the selected option in our booking. The hotel is not at all child friendly. Corridors were unclean and staff were also very bad (except for watchmen). Overall experience was very bad

It's been worse experience staying here because first of all there was no board light on the property it was difficult to find it and the main door was locked and we tried calling the property no one was answering calls somehow. After 15min we found one person who helped us to call security then he came but he was fully drunk and gave us a room after entering the room there was no ac working and it was not up to the mark so i recommend not to choose this property

Very poor reception area, approach very bad rooms ok, bathrooms are not in good condition [not cleaned properly]

I have given 4 completely to the hotel we stayed at and not to makemytrip. I first booked 3 days prior to my stay at purple inn mysore. As i reached there they informed that there is only one room available as i had booked two rooms for two days. No-one either informed me about this prior to my arrival. And moreover i had room confirmation as well. Apart from this when the property informed makemytrip at first they simply said will refund? at 23:45 i am in a different city with my children and they informing no room so will cancel the booking and refund. Post i shouted and argued they agreed on getting another property confirmed which should have been done at the first place. And the second property we stayed at which was pc residency welcomed us and took care of us. Be it the staffs or the manager everyone excelled at their service.

There is no receptionist the hotel. There is lot of disturbances at night time. There are not providing any details(wifi) also

The stay was okay but upon reaching none of the staff was available and the a/c were not working properly. Whenever we tried reaching out to the staff they were not available.

The hotel has a pub over it which create lots of noise in the night

Location is good. But there were no person in reception to take care of guests. Bath rooms are dirty. No proper cleaning of wash basins and commodes. No water bottles. Provided single torn towel where occupancy was double. There is resto bar above rooms and heavy music played till 11 pm. Overall. Pathetic. Not good for family stay.

Rooms having space, but lack of hospitality, We stayed at standard AC room there not even provide us remote to control AC, that not wash door curtains they are too bad, it's not up to the standards 😕

Rooms are pretty old, bathrooms were smelly, no soaps were provided, there are number of water leak-es on walls, open car parking, overall it was ok.

We booked a ac rooms but the ac was not working. Wash room was very dirty. The help desk did nothing for the ac and washroom in spite of complaining. I would not recommend this hotel if you are going to stay with your family.

This hotel is very bad not maintain properly tolet is bad condition not hignic bedsheets and blankets not wash properly totally i give 2 rate out of 10

We stayed at for a new year Celebrations, clean and well maintained rooms and friendly service

Its very old property by looks and nothing looks like photos-family restaurant was on going renovation and closed. It was just an average stay nothing more.

Good stay in outskirt but on the main road which has access for all needs in walkable distance. Reception incharge mr kumar was very nice and his service was very good.

Good place for group of people.

Loud music, drunk people around and it has single entrance for pub, restaurant and rooms.

When asked the charges from the hotel guys and the mm t took while booking there was approx 1000 rupee more
