Bliss Luxury Serviced Apartment

We stayed here as a family and overall had a okayish experience. The house is located in a peaceful neighborhood and was very clean on arrival, which made our stay comfortable. However, only two towels were provided initially even though we had booked for more people. It would be better if enough towels were kept ready for all guests at check-in.The mattress was of the spring type and sank quite a bit when lying down, which caused some back discomfort. On the positive side, there’s a good vegetarian restaurant within 500 meters, and the apartment’s induction kitchen was very convenient for preparing meals, especially for our little one.

The home stay was good w.r.t rooms and ambience, the rates are high compare to facility, basic sanitary kit must be provided, basic coffee and tea ready mix to be provided the kitchen was clean but gas stove not working. Min ready snacks must be kept. Atleast 1 ltrs milk and some basic snacks to be provided

The place was nice but they were very rigid about checkout at 10am and with lot of request extended to 11. The Internet was not working even after multiple complaints am really not sure if the value for money but we needed it with short notice so we went for it

The property Bliss was such a nice experience to stay. We stayed in the 2BHK and every corner was very neat & tidy. Interiors was warm & subtle. It was a nice, cozy home to stay. I make sure to stay there again & again

The place is amazing for the price. We had an amazing stay, a few notes were about the housekeeper/owner needing something from the kitchen at 8 in the morning which felt very disturbing and the shower needing a fix as it sprayed everywhere.

Booked 2BHK for a stay with family. The property was very spacious, clean and well maintained. The caretakers and staff were very courteous. The surroundings are a proper residential area, so the place was very calm. Kitchen utensils as well as RO filter are provided. A facility for parking space is also there. The apartment is nice but that is it!!! Don’t expect anything else, not even proper toiletries. We asked for 2 extra pillows since I had a sprained leg and the hotelier asked me if there will be blood stains. Ended up giving just 1 pillow. We were barely at the hotel as we were out all day but there were more than 6-7 calls made for checkout starting from previous night to 8 am on the check out day. We didn’t even ask for a late checkout but if you delay it by 30 min too.. be ready for an experience. Check out time is 10 but they will start chasing you one day prior. For such a pretty place the management sucks.

Our family stayed here for 2 nights. The apartment was super clean and well-maintained, with 2 good-sized bedrooms with comfortable beds with clean white linens, a very nice living room with two comfortable sofas, and a small kitchen. The entire apartment was pretty well-lit with lights coming from all corners of the apartment. We enjoyed our morning tea on the balcony overlooking the entrance and other nice bungalows. This place is near the ring road of mysuru, around 8km away from the mysuru palace and other tourist places. The only flip side was that there were fewer utensils in the kitchen. We asked for the tea-pot and the filter to make our tea. But overall a very good experience of staying at bliss at mysuru.

Absolutely terrible experience. The worst stay I have lived in. While checking out the staff came in to check the room and found that there was period blood stain on the bed sheet and for that reason they demanded a penalty of Rs. 1000 under the pretext of luxury laundry cleaning. When we were trying to dispute it, the on site attendant closed and locked the doors of the building disallowing us from getting out of the building and not letting us take our car out. Subsequently he started shouting at us to pay the money or he will not let us leave the premises. When we tried to explain him that this was a mere stain (a very natural activity of the body) and the same would be removed during any normal wash, he was not ready to listen nor were the property managers. After talking to MakemyTrip officials, the managers ceceded and allowed us to leave the premises. The entire incident was horrific and made us feel very unsafe. WOULD DEFINITELY NEVER RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO STAY HERE and request MakeMyTrip to delist the property from its website.

Very good and best property very courteous staff

Watchman demanded extra money for cleaning though we stayed at the place for hardly 5hrs. It’s in a residential area and highly not suitable to service apartments
