Location is superb and herotage building is nice . Veg food for dinner had very limited options. No other options in the vicinity. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff was really good. Few issues 1/ no lift so not so elderly or accesibility friendly . Only option for that is 1st floor rooms and they cost 2500/- more. 2/ corridor lights are on till 11 pm , As there are covered glass area over door, u cant sleep if u r not used to of sleeping in bright light. 3/ kirchen opens only at 7;30 am so if you need early morning tea, you need to manage with electric kettle 4/ pricey for the limited facility 5/ Far from main city so bit difficult to get cab without them charging two way fare. Location is excellent if you really want to enjoy Brindavan garden light and fountains for hours in the bight and early morning walk in the garden without crazy crowd.

i aling with my wife and kids went for 2 days to Royal orchid brindavan gardens as my wife had earlier been to that property through her company outing . The property is located in near the dam and has an amazing garden view. for Both the days we were alloted the garden facing view and since the dusheraa festival activity was going on in the frontal garden , their service within the hotel premises were hardly hamper and the view of the garden was mesmerising . If at any day i have to explore mysore , i would suggest to visit the Royal orchid for its classy view , amazing garden , plus food was also decent . It gives a royal stay with old architecture . They have large balcony sitting where u can tale the food and drinks service with the full view of property

Heritage Property, Awesome Location, Needs Maintenance

The property is located pretty much within Brundavan Gardens. It's the closest Property to the gardens. The location is indeed terrific. The Property is itself heritage, and more like a manor, with high ceilings, and wide doors and very picturesque. Awesome place for photoshoots. The service staff were all really great and helpful and always had a smile as well. There were issues though. The Property could do with more maintenance, the water jugs had fungus in them, the pool was not cleaned before opening timings, and given it's an old Property, the bathroom did not have ventilation. However, i suggest you look past these and go for the location and the staff.

I recently stayed at Royal Orchid Brindavan Garden, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. Very bad experience. Washroom was pathetic, no proper maintenance, water leakage stinking room. Need refurbishment badly, specially the washroom. We got the room changed once and still the same condition. Fridge was also not working.

I stayed with my husband and 1 year old kid for a weekend. We expected a decent property with good experience. Service was really pathetic. Had to wait for 2 hours to get drinking water in our room. Called room service multiple times for morning coffee which never came. Was expecting a better experience
