Nice property but pathetic service
I stayed with my husband and 1 year old kid for a weekend. We expected a decent property with good experience. Service was really pathetic. Had to wait for 2 hours to get drinking water in our room. Called room service multiple times for morning coffee which never came. Was expecting a better experience

Excellent Stay
Property has nice view and royal feel to it. Breakfast has lot of options, is fresh, uses great ingredients and is tasty. A lot of amenities to have a great time and relax yourself. Art and the decor is very thoughtful and nicely done.

Royal Orchid Brindavan Garden Review
Location is good but food, amenities & services are average. There is no lift available if your room is on 2nd or 3rd floor. Windows, doors and Bathroom sanitaries are average and not in good condition. They also charge additional 200 for 2 people as entry fee which is excluded and their local near toll goons may also charge you 100 Rs per person additional. If you complain this too hotel staff they also say they can’t do anything we shouldn’t have given to them and they can’t even complain against those goons. And also not worth of money they charge for stay. In that kind of money there are 1000 of hotels available. So overalll bad experience.

Its a very good place to stay, it's a calm and noise free place. Check in was bit delayed but overall it was nice stay

The location and the views from the property are exceptional. But, the rest of the stay was pretty poor. Food was bad, service even worse, uncourteous staff etc. Rooms and toilets should be much better for the fare paid. No way you can classify this as 4star. It barely makes 3 star. Spa doesn't even have full body massage, only foot massage. Maintenance has to improve leaps and bounds

Not worth the money! Worst choice!
Room was congested. AC was not functioning properly. CK kitchen staff was not focusing on couples, lesser group folks and their needs instead they were all struck with Larger group and for every little thing in the menu we got to wait for minutes to get. Worst ever stay experience so far. Never going to visit this place for a stay. Food quality is below average.

Bad experience.. I have booked two rooms with garden view and paid for it but they refused to give the garden view room. Reception person was insisting that it's all booked and he thinks I booked garden view room for free. After fighting then I got some junk room with garden view. Plz don't visit this property. I will write to GOK to withdraw the lease agreement.

Excellent Stay
Royal Orchid Brindavan Garden is a beautiful place to be. Rooms have great view of the KRS Brindavan garden and the mighty dam. Property is beautiful and rooms feel cozy and royal too. This 100 year old palace turned hotel is definitely worth to stay if you are looking for some quiet place away from hustles and bustles of city. Food was great too.

Hotel is very Good near and clean, Location was very good, Food is Fresh and excellent Tasty...But I have booked a Bathtub room but they have given me a room with normal washroom this thing didn't liked at all...later they compensated us by providing complementary Dinner..but still we advice the property to be genuine and provide the customer what they have booked or asked for...

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Money The property is old and poorly maintained. The washrooms were in terrible condition, and the overall service left a lot to be desired.
