Clean and well kept hotel, friendly staff and excellent amenities. Right from the front desk staff to room service and cleaning staff are very polite and helpful. Rooms are clean and tidy. They have a rooftop bar with a pool which offers an amazing view. The property is centrally located and is not too crowded. Highly recommended

Rooms are good , housekeeping staff was well experienced. Food was really amazing . chekin and check out experience was also good. well trained Hotel staff , polite and helpful. few points to improve: Hotel should have travel desk also. Resturant and pub service can be improved more, few mistakes I observed during my stay. but overall I would say really nice experience and comfortable stay thanks to hotel staff and everyone.

The stay was good, we liked the food varieties they served in the morning, Mysore Masala Dosa was very tasty. From this Hotel all view points are within the 5KMs radius. This hotel is also having in house silk sarees shop where we can get Mysore silk items in a good price. We also liked the roof top swimming pool which was clean and neat, hotel staffs are knowledgeable and friendly. We also had a chance to have food at Javaji Mix, taste was good but price was slightly higher for the food.

We had a wonderful stay overall! The receptionist deserves a special shoutout - always helpful, polite, and welcoming with a bright smile. Dining service was excellent; they delivered baby food whenever requested, and the quality of the food was really good. The valet was prompt and perfect. Room service was top-notch - from neatly making the beds to refilling water, everything was done with great attention to detail. The only downside was the loud music from the 6th floor, which disturbed our sleep for two nights. Apart from that, everything else was flawless. Would definitely recommend this place for its excellent service and hospitality! We stayed here as a family and had a comfortable experience. The rooms were clean, the staff was courteous, and the location was quiet yet close to major attractions. The breakfast had good variety and was suitable for all age groups. The only downside was that the bathroom was quite small, which was a bit inconvenient with kids. Still, a pleasant stay overall - would recommend for families visiting Mysore

Room was clean and new, but overall experience was disappointing. While the room was in a new building and appeared clean, several issues affected our stay. There was no ceiling fan—only an AC unit, which wasn't functioning initially. Though maintenance resolved it in about 10 minutes, it was still an inconvenience. The TV was non-functional despite repeated calls for assistance, and no one showed up to help. Service was slow overall; while support staff were available, we had to ask for help with almost every amenity, which was frustrating. Additionally, the lobby floor had a bad odor, and access to the restaurant, pub, and swimming pool was restricted in the evening—something that should have been mentioned upfront. For the price, the stay did not meet expectations and felt lacking in value.
