I have been staying a lot in regenta central Javaji mysore and every time it's been excellent and I am really loving there service and staff They are really well trained and every single thing is really great Rooms are really well maintained and they are clean and neatly maintained

The stay was very comfortable. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Food was very good with different varieties in breakfast as well as dinner, and ambience was perfect. Hotel has ample parking facility and valet driver at service. Room service and hygiene are top notch. Hotel is also very secured.

1. Property: Staff is very very bad of receptionist and room boy are behaviour is worst and talking too much, first showed one room that room is not good, also connected to double room, after I called to receptionist, I need a privacy. I don’t want for the any combined rooms. So please arrange for the some different room. After so many conversations. They arranged one room that room is not good, not properly clean not electrical lights. she is not worked properly and finally AC is not worked. I don’t know that AC is not working till the 12 o’clock midnight. After that I am not called to him. I called him, but they are set that is not working, sir. Sorry, outdoor is not outdoor. Outdoor unit is not working. I didn’t understand the faulty room. Why they alerted to me problematic room??? And nobody responded properly. They are thinking only Mani and waste worst service for the all the stuff. 2. ⁠Food: restaurant also was staff. Nobody will be responded properly and bad quality food and we are 9:00am entered into restaurant minimum options only also 70 percentage of food. She is not available only without quality of Italy without quality of Dosa is available and Sambar worst Chutney, worst Samta worst and without any juice without any soft drinks, et cetera et cetera, worst no coffee, no milk, all are waste. 3. ⁠Location: very far from the city, not the centre of the city 4. ⁠Facilities: this is not good hotel and not Facility. Also, the worst facility car parking issue and Lift issue and staff issue lighting issue AC issue. Totally this hotel is waste Waste for money and Hotel waste

I have stayed in many hotels in mysuru, but this was really different, it's super clean , the staffs are really kind and the service is great, and the rooms are very cozy tooo

I visited this hotel with my family (sisters and kids) . We stayed in suites room. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helped us with our requirements during our stay. The taste of the food was amazing. We enjoyed our stay, we will be visiting again as the kids loved this place.

Clean and well kept hotel, friendly staff and excellent amenities. Right from the front desk staff to room service and cleaning staff are very polite and helpful. Rooms are clean and tidy. They have a rooftop bar with a pool which offers an amazing view. The property is centrally located and is not too crowded. Highly recommended

Rooms are good , housekeeping staff was well experienced. Food was really amazing . chekin and check out experience was also good. well trained Hotel staff , polite and helpful. few points to improve: Hotel should have travel desk also. Resturant and pub service can be improved more, few mistakes I observed during my stay. but overall I would say really nice experience and comfortable stay thanks to hotel staff and everyone.

Good food, ambiance and reception

The stay was good, we liked the food varieties they served in the morning, Mysore Masala Dosa was very tasty. From this Hotel all view points are within the 5KMs radius. This hotel is also having in house silk sarees shop where we can get Mysore silk items in a good price. We also liked the roof top swimming pool which was clean and neat, hotel staffs are knowledgeable and friendly. We also had a chance to have food at Javaji Mix, taste was good but price was slightly higher for the food.

We had a wonderful stay overall! The receptionist deserves a special shoutout - always helpful, polite, and welcoming with a bright smile. Dining service was excellent; they delivered baby food whenever requested, and the quality of the food was really good. The valet was prompt and perfect. Room service was top-notch - from neatly making the beds to refilling water, everything was done with great attention to detail. The only downside was the loud music from the 6th floor, which disturbed our sleep for two nights. Apart from that, everything else was flawless. Would definitely recommend this place for its excellent service and hospitality! We stayed here as a family and had a comfortable experience. The rooms were clean, the staff was courteous, and the location was quiet yet close to major attractions. The breakfast had good variety and was suitable for all age groups. The only downside was that the bathroom was quite small, which was a bit inconvenient with kids. Still, a pleasant stay overall - would recommend for families visiting Mysore
