Room was clean and new, but overall experience was disappointing.
While the room was in a new building and appeared clean, several issues affected our stay. There was no ceiling fan—only an AC unit, which wasn't functioning initially. Though maintenance resolved it in about 10 minutes, it was still an inconvenience.
The TV was non-functional despite repeated calls for assistance, and no one showed up to help. Service was slow overall; while support staff were available, we had to ask for help with almost every amenity, which was frustrating.
Additionally, the lobby floor had a bad odor, and access to the restaurant, pub, and swimming pool was restricted in the evening—something that should have been mentioned upfront.
For the price, the stay did not meet expectations and felt lacking in value.
