Experience on stay in hotel
Cockroaches are there ,odour smell and it leads itching in body very bad experience this time . Complimentary food is good

Feel good stay
Property is in good location, very good staff, they are there for any assistance or support. They have provided some complimentary food for my kids. Food is tasty with good ambience . I recommend this property

They gave the top floor room... The noise was irritating, we were unable to sleep. This was because of the air conditioner outdoor unit, which were located at terrace floor...

Excellent Stay
Property is located in a good place. Stay was very comfortable with very good room. People at reception and security are very warm. Security is agile, cheerful, very pleasing and extra nice in helping with parking and luggage handling. We checked in after 2.30 pm and the people at restaurant were very good though there was a delay in getting the food maybe because it was late for lunch. Breakfast is excellent. Everything is good about the hotel room. only scope of improvement i find is that there is no complimentary drinking water in the room which is unusual for any star hotel

Good Stay Experience

Staff and food are not that good
Food was all cold and taste was bad . Room service was good when ordered food It is mentioned that we can extend up to 2 hrs but when requested receptionist who called was very rude and inconsiderate The guy who came to check the room while checking out was rude and behaved as if we are stealing something . Over all it was a bad feeling to Stay there however apart from people n their behaviour i can still stay place was safe to stay .

Perfect stay
The stay was perfect. Room, bed, the bathroom were all very clean. Basic toiletries were provided as well. The housekeeping were almost immediately available to help with any concerns. The room service was top notch too. Would definitely recommend.

Average Stay
despite several requests over repeat visits, food is a serious problem here. you tell them don't make spicy, they will make sure it is extra spicy. one of the visits, chicken was smelling like rotten of the worst quality with many school groups also dining. we complained but nothing changed. food is below average. also it is ridiculous that every time we checkout, they ask for exact change to settle the bills. as a hotel, they are supposed to keep change for the guests and not vice versa. it has happened on all our visits. thus we have now decided to strike regenta off our list from next visit to Mysore!!
